Our family, old and young, spent Chinese New Year's Eve and the following day on a two-day, one-night trip at the Junlan, occupying four rooms, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment of online booking, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and assisting with changing rooms to king-size beds and connecting us with the catering department to book our New Year's Eve dinner. Mr. Fang from the catering department helped us with the menu, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel did a fantastic job with the New Year's atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped, and I particularly loved the large balcony. Every detail of the hotel showcased its exquisite operational philosophy. Xiao Yun provided excellent service on-site, and the breakfast spread was very rich. The hotel's location is superb; just walk through the hotel's tea bar to the back, and you'll reach Baoyun Lake, where the lakeside area is perfect for a stroll and enjoying the scenery.

The Hampton by Hilton provided an excellent stay. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming; they arranged my room and even helped me with my luggage to the elevator. There's plenty of parking available, both above ground and in the basement. Callie greeted me with such enthusiasm that it felt like meeting an old friend. The room had a great view from the window, and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The room was well-equipped too. Very good!

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel environment is very good. If you order takeaway, it will be delivered by a robot! I was so hungry at night that I ordered fried rice in the room and it was amazing! tasty! The hotel's breakfast is also quite rich in variety. The steamed buns are delicious. The aunt at the window said that she made them herself. She recommends eating more of them every time you come! ! Next to Fantawild, I was attracted by the scenery outside the window when I moved in. You can also go for a walk in the sports park at night, which is very comfortable~

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The hotel address is good, parking is convenient, and the park is next to it. I went to the May Day holiday and spent a long time in the park on the last day, which was very good. The hotel breakfast is also very good, more abundant than Hangzhou Bay International Hotel, and the service is more thoughtful. This season, blowing the hair on the balcony of the room is very pleasant.

The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. Not like 10 years ago, breakfast is late prepared. Strange on some electric sockets.Staffs don't speak english, but they are very friendly.

Next to the hotel is a forest park with nice scenery, suitable for evening walks or morning jogging, and convenient transportation.
