The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I also loved the fresh and elegant courtyard. Plus, they offer self-service laundry, which was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience.

Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

After my first night there, the front desk lady called me the next day to ask if there was any noise at night and whether I needed to change rooms. The meticulous service made me feel very warm and at ease. The room was spacious and bright, with simple decoration and soft beds and quilts, ensuring that I could get a good rest after a busy day. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a wide variety of breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper. The waiters were friendly, making my dining experience more pleasant. Clean and hygienic, quite nice. I don't stay in hotels often, but this was at least as good as the ¥375 Four Seasons Hotel in Suzhou North. Since I have a Border Collie, the environment is great and I can bring my dog, so it's perfect.
