I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

I really enjoyed my stay here, so much so that I booked for another two days! There are tons of great food options nearby, and getting around is super easy. The restaurants across the street are all amazing; you can't go wrong no matter what you pick. The Clear Soup Hotpot, Siwawa, and Sour Soup Beef were all delicious. I also felt very comfortable with the cleanliness; the towels came sealed in disposable paper bags to prevent contamination. I even redeemed my points for some hand warmers and socks, and they were good quality too! A big shout-out to the front desk staff – both the ladies and gentlemen were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond to everything.

We chose Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport for an early morning flight with our child, and it was a perfect stay! The hotel offers a free airport shuttle starting at 6 AM, and the ride is very short, so we didn't have to struggle with luggage and a child. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; seeing we had a child, they proactively arranged a quiet room. A special shout-out to Lily at the front desk, who was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Although our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, she gently explained why, let us store our luggage so we could go out, and even helped us bring our bags to the room later. Her problem-solving skills were fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including noodles and pastries, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. The public areas were tidy, perfect for a walk or relaxation while waiting for a flight. The service was attentive and thorough. Staying here with a child was hassle-free and comfortable. Five-star recommendation!

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to Wenchang Pavilion, Caijia Street, and Minsheng Road. The rooms and the hotel itself have a charming民國 (Republic of China) era vibe, which I really loved. The staff upgraded our room, the bed was very comfortable, and the laundry room was super convenient. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend!

This is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

I highly recommend the Xunmei Qixi B&B! It's nestled right inside the Shilihetan Wetland Park, so you step out straight into streams and lush greenery. The environment is serene and the air is incredibly fresh – a natural oxygen bar that's truly rejuvenating. In the B&B's courtyard, there are gentle and adorable cats and dogs; these little ones are so affectionate and well-behaved, you could spend all day petting and playing with them. The vibe is absolutely perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy, with elegant soft furnishings, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the mountains and forest, making for fantastic natural light. The owner's service is thoughtful and attentive, and breakfast is delicious. Plus, there's a book bar and lounge area, making it suitable for family trips, gatherings with friends, or even as a top choice for pet-friendly travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Huaxi!

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

Extremely satisfied! Highly recommended! The hotel's facilities and services are top-notch, maintaining Accor's high standards. I want to particularly highlight the hotel's location, which is perfect for travelers with kids and without a rental car. Qingyun Market is a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is also a 10-minute walk. Craving sour soup beef? You don't even need to leave the hotel! The hotel is directly connected to a commercial building, a 2-minute walk will take you to 'Guichef,' which is incredibly delicious! The hotel also has a pet-themed restaurant that is interactive, friendly, and clean. The kids absolutely loved it! Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
