This hotel is conveniently located next to Emergency Management University, with excellent public transport links and ample parking for those driving. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom features a convenient wet and dry separation. Overall, the hygiene is good, and the service is attentive. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The only minor drawbacks are the slightly dated flooring and the frequently lagging TV internet in room 6. These could use some improvement. However, these small issues don't detract from the overall experience; in Yanjiao, Longda Millennium is definitely worth checking out.

We stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Kitano with our kids. The facilities are brand new, as it's a recently renovated hotel from 2025. The cleanliness is excellent, and the service is attentive. They offer self-service laundry and a gym. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

This is my go-to hotel, I stay here almost every month for business. I choose it for the friendly service, decent breakfast, and quiet atmosphere. However, this time, the hotel seemed to be hosting a wedding banquet, which is fine, but it led to a very noisy breakfast area due to the sheer number of guests. Perhaps the hotel could proactively inform guests when it gets overly crowded? After all, most business travelers just want a quiet and relaxing breakfast. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I bought a package that included the hotel and a Splendid China tour. The hotel is relatively new, and the front desk and room service were excellent; they even upgraded my room type. I only had breakfast at the hotel, which was clean, hygienic, and had a wide variety of options, though the taste was just average. The park environment is fantastic. I went on a Thursday, so it wasn't crowded, and I could enjoy the attractions immediately. The ball courts in the air-supported dome, as well as the paddleboards and kayaks, were quite new, and the water areas were very well maintained. The kids' playground has slides, climbing frames, swings, and a sandpit, but there's no shade, so it gets very hot in the sun. I didn't go there.

The front desk service was excellent, and the environment was quite good; I had a very comfortable stay. I hope that in the future, even towards the end of breakfast service, they can maintain the same high standard of complete service.

The hotel has a great environment and excellent facilities. I met up with some friends in Shenzhen, rented a car, and enjoyed the city's relaxed atmosphere. There was no traffic congestion during holidays, which was fantastic. We specifically chose this newly opened Four Points by Sheraton for our trip to Shenzhen because of the excellent service. Xiao Qiu at the front desk arranged a wonderful room; it was clean and tidy, with a large floor-to-ceiling window and a full-length mirror, and the mattress was comfortable. There's a newly opened fusion restaurant there, which was excellent and highly recommended. The environment and facilities were great, and we had a very comfortable stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

We had a wonderful stay here, this hotel accepts foreigners and pets! So, one can imagine it's hard to find something like this around Daxing Airport. The room is clean and new, it smells nice. they gave us vouchers for the swimming pool and something for our cat (see a picture). It's a bit far from everything so there are no big food chain restaurants nearby, but the hotel restaurant offers some dishes and room service. And breakfast was amazing, a lot of options for picky eaters. Thanks!

The hotel's facilities offer great value for money, and the front desk and room service are excellent. However, this was my first time encountering such a lack of professionalism and poor attitude from a reservations sales person. Since the hotel is close to Beijing and quite large, I thought it would be a good option for future conferences, offering good value. I asked the sales person if she could show me the meeting rooms and provide a quote so we could keep them in mind for future events. The female sales person impatiently replied that there were many meeting rooms and insisted I provide the exact number of attendees before she could show me any, otherwise, it would be impossible. Shouldn't a good sales person strive to fully showcase their products and services to meet both current and future market demands? We will have many conferences in the future, ranging from small to large scale. Don't they want to build a client base for future sales? This is the first time I've encountered such a sales approach! Perhaps because it's in Yanjiao, and there are no other hotels that can compete, they simply don't lack customers!

We stayed at the Sheraton Chaobai River with our child for a weekend, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they proactively offered children's snacks during check-in, which made our child very happy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The rooftop swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with a separate children's pool where the water temperature was just right for kids to play. The lobby staff were kind and enthusiastic, providing meticulous and attentive service. It's truly an ideal place for family travel, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again.
