"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!"

"The room was a bit small. When showering, only cold water had normal pressure; the warm or hot water pressure was extremely weak, making it take ages to rinse off the soap. If shower water pressure isn't a major concern for you, the nearby Carrefour is very convenient. The property has multiple entrances. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, but I genuinely cannot recommend the room."

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit."

"Convenient contactless hotel. You need to look for it in the alley. There is no service counter. You need to call the administrator to get the door and main door room code. It will be a little inconvenient if you don't have the local door number. The bed is big. It is very clean. The layout is tasteful. The furniture is complete. There are also mineral water and tea bags. Very considerate. The disadvantage is that it is far from the station and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything else is good."
