"This hotel room is decent to me except the customer hotline. I had a schedule crash which will need to modify the check in time.
I tried to rang the customer hotline and ask for whether it is possible to change it. However, there are 2 customers service ladies I experienced that can’t speak English. I was not excepting everyone can speak English. At least it will be great to give a try. However, their attitude is like “if you can’t speak my language, I can’t help”. This is too disappoint to me initially.
I finally make it via email and AI help
The hotel front desk male staff and kitchen staff are polite and kind. I decided to adjust the service star rate from 1 to 3
Conclusion: It is a great hotel for anyone visiting kawaguchiko, but don’t rang their service hotline if you need help since their staff can’t speak English. Just send an email instead of making a call
