The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free.
The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

OOoKeNnEtHoOFirstly, the location is great! The R&F Mall is just below and it is all sheltered.
Secondly, the unit is very clean and spacious.
I am referring to the 1-Bedroom unit in my pictures which is what I was ultimately staying in. It is in block A5-1 and it is perfect. 5/5.
At night, can still hear a bit of traffic sounds but it wasn't too bad.
However, before I stayed in this unit, I was originally assigned a studio unit in block A7-2. That unit had german cockroaches infestation and the traffic noises were bad.
Good thing is the service recovery by the host is excellent. I told them about it and next day, they changed my room for me.
Will definitely come again!

AAnonymous UserThe twin beds were larger than a standard single, big enough for two people, and the mattress was firm enough. There were both soft and firm pillows, so I slept really well. Since the hotel recently opened, all the room amenities were brand new. The bathroom was clean with no mold. I didn't have the breakfast buffet, but I did take a look, and there was a huge variety of options. Next time, I'll definitely book breakfast. I hope they can maintain this standard!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. Our kids absolutely loved the bricks-themed décor and had so much fun throughout the stay. It truly made the experience unique and memorable for the whole family.
We were also impressed by the excellent service. The security team was friendly, professional, and made us feel safe and welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to the SR Home team for their prompt responses, helpful communication, and smooth check-in process.
Overall, it was a wonderful family staycation. We highly recommend this apartment to families with children and would definitely love to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AAnonymous UserUpon entering, the place looked and smelled great!
However we started seeing cockroaches, not the huge ones but the small ones that have no boundaries where they went.
We killed about 8 of these things before I contacted the property contact person. She / He was superb with the responsiveness and sent someone over within the hour to check the place and spray insecticide.
We came as a family of four with 2 kids. So I was not keen on having pesticide sprayed in an enclosed area where we had to breathe it, but we didn’t have much of a choice.
We left for dinner and came back hoping that the issue was resolved but we found more of these roaches! As it was late. We agreed to spend a night and I asked about the possibility of a refund or even a transfer to another property. The response I got was that they have to discuss with management and as of now they had nothing available.
Needless to say the night was terrible as we found roaches at the sleeping areas too. So we were stressed and didn’t get much sleep. In the morning, there were another four of these roaches crawling. So we decided that it was enough. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1.
To be fair, the property responded promptly, however they eventually stopped responding when we asked for a refund. I also felt that refunds in such situations should be considered.
Otherwise, the property would have been a pleasant stay if you drove.

JJuines HongCheck-in and check-out were a breeze. The room facilities are excellent; they've thought of everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like home. My only minor gripe is the lack of a designated drying area for clothes. After doing laundry, I had to find various spots (preferably under the fan) to hang things. But with the fan on full blast overnight, they dried just fine, which was good. The game room was very comfortable and a hit with the kids, though parental supervision is needed as there are some hard objects. The bed was incredibly comfy, and they provided two pillows – you could choose between soft and firm. Plus, there were plenty of smaller cushions if you couldn't decide. The room faced northeast, so it was bright and invigorating.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.
