It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing. Service: The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Best experience when booking here .very friendly staff and for my kid got pool at this hotel. So many food stall around this area and near new icon for Terengganu ” Terengganu Drawbridge.” Just 5 minute to KTCC mall and located near Pasar Payang , Istana Maziah, Bukit Puteri , Batu Buruk Beach.

its so cheap and also a new hotel the smell of the paint also hasnt gone yet hahaha buy it at rm116 for 2 queen bed and also a smarttv !?!!!! it looks better in real life i swear HAHAH

Hi. So far I stayed in this hotel, the service was good, the room is clean, near to the shopping centre, easy to get food, easy to access to anywhere since it’s in the middle of the town area, the staff are friendly and nice … i would recommend everyone to book this hotel 😁👍🏻

First time I and my family stayed at this resort on December 2020. The room that we have stayed is flooded due to monsoon season. The window silicone is old already that cause the rain came inside. The water pipe also has been broken. We have to change our room from room no 107 to no 106 then lastly to room no 112. The room is spacious for family. The service quite good. Staffs response immediately that day. Thanks to them. The pool is nice and spacious. My sons love the pool very much. It makes our holidays happy. Thank you.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

Comfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better) We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey. But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him. And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh. The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.
