"Great location right by a beautiful lake — perfect for the scenery. The accommodation was generally clean and comfortable, and the bathroom in particular was well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, a toaster, and microwave. However, some of the cookware could use a proper clean as there is burnt residue on them, and a few of the stovetops don’t work reliably. Cleanliness could be improved overall, as there was some rubbish under the bed. The walls are quite thin, so noise can be an issue — you can hear people walking up and down, as well as doors banging from guests coming in and out of rooms. It’s worth noting that guests need to bring their own towels, make their own beds on arrival, and ***** the sheets before leaving. Overall, a pleasant stay in a fantastic location, with just a few practical improvements needed."

"Overall, a good stay. It's tucked away in a quiet part of the complex, and the facilities are quite new. You can even see the Milky Way clearly at night. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; opening two large suitcases really fills up the space. However, I had anticipated this, so all in all, the value for money is decent (accommodation around Lake Tekapo is generally expensive)."

"I booked the studio room and it was great. The kitchenette had everything you needed and the room was a good size. Had everything you needed. Easy to find and in a quieter part of town - only about a 15 minute walk into the heart of the town. Beautiful place with an awesome view of snowy mountains!"
