The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the staff are very attentive. The owner is Chinese, and there's also a Chinese staff member named Xiao Wei, which made communication excellent. The breakfast satisfied my 'Chinese stomach' – it was just my taste. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off within 2.8 km, which is incredibly thoughtful! The hygiene is clean and comfortable. This year, I even had the good fortune to spend Chinese New Year at the hotel. The owner provided a New Year's Eve dinner, dumplings, and midnight beach fireworks, which far exceeded my expectations! I will strongly recommend this place to everyone. It was a very satisfying stay.

Spent a wonderful week at Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket, and it was an experience of 'old-school luxury plus ultimate tranquility' at a slow pace. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Patong and just fully relax. - Environment & Location: The hotel is built on the hillside of Cape Panwa, boasting a secluded private beach. It's incredibly uncrowded; while the water isn't as crystal clear as the west coast, its peacefulness more than makes up for it. The lush, forest-like grounds offer stunning sea views and the sunset pier is incredibly photogenic. - Room Facilities: This is an established five-star hotel with some history. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are huge, and the bedding is comfortable. Basic cleaning is thorough, and the service is attentive. - Dining & Service: The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and delicious food. The Wednesday night seafood buffet with a firework show is absolutely spectacular! The staff are generally gentle and always smiling. The pool and beach chairs are well-maintained, ideal for a day of reading and unwinding. - Weekly Stay Summary: The advantages are safety, privacy, and beautiful greenery. There are many European and American families, who are generally well-behaved, creating a relaxed 'familiar resort' vibe after staying for a while.

The hotel service was great, and the front desk owner was very enthusiastic. However, the hot water in the room needs improvement. For the first two days of our three-day stay, the shower water was only lukewarm. It only returned to normal on the third day. The location is excellent, with two 7-Elevens right outside and Jungceylon shopping mall next door, making dining and shopping very convenient. Bang La seafood market is directly opposite, which is great for seafood lovers. There's a boxing gym next door, which can be noisy from 8 PM to 11 PM, but since we were on vacation and didn't go to bed early, it didn't bother us. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. On our last day, they even let us use the swimming pool for a few hours after checking out. Overall, I think it was a very good stay.

The location is really nice, very close to the beach and a bunch of cafes. Clean, spacious room. There were some issues with the water upon checking in, but they've been resolved quickly. My overall stay there has been great. A couple of drawbacks: the aircon seems too powerful for the size of the room and it's not really possible to direct it away from the bed. The water pressure is unstable - going from very strong to weak repeatedly, which in turn makes the shower temperature unstable too.
