This is ok place, bot perfect, but reasonable option for cheap sta. Has a balcony, kettl, which is rare for 390 baht price

The reception insisted that our booking is for the "Mansion" opposite and not the "Hotel", she won't look at my booking details in my phone but show us a different booking in her phone with a "Mansion" but not from Trip.com website. I told her that's her problem and as far as we are concerned, my booking is clearly stated for this hotel. She said each room must pay an extra 40 baht if we wish to stay in this hotel. We rejected and ask for the manager and she said there is no manager but throughout the arguments, she is on the line discussing with someone, I told her to call the boss and she boldly said she is the boss. After 30 minutes of arguments, we say ok we are going to make a police report, then she allowed us to check in. One of our rooms has no hot shower. It's located behind the Lotus Supermarket without any shops around it.
