Disappointing hotel! Hotel facilities: The tail of the shower head was leaking, and the child got splashed with water when adjusting the water temperature for a bath; the door was deformed and could not be closed by inertia; there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no spare one. Staff service: The front desk staff was indifferent, and the breakfast room staff did not treat guests who paid for children's meals consistently. The hotel's sanitary environment is pretty good.

The service was really bad. There was no bellboy at the lobby door to help with getting or putting luggage in the car. There was nothing to eat for breakfast. Some of the food might have been left over from the previous night (like milk) and I had diarrhea after eating it. Anyway, it doesn't deserve the rating of a five-star hotel.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are very smart, especially the breakfast, which is small and unpalatable. It was basically empty when I went there at 9 o'clock. The attitude of the waitress in the restaurant was super bad. This is the worst service in all the hotels I have stayed in. There is an ice cream cabinet in the restaurant. On the first day, there was no sign saying that it was not edible. A little girl took two balls in the bowl and was about to take them away. The waiter said fiercely that ice cream could not be eaten for breakfast and snatched it back. The two balls in the bowl were put back into the refrigerator box. The two flavors were already mixed together. How much would it lose if we gave it to the child?
