"Just outside Fano, a nearly perfect hotel. The rooms are very characteristic, with exposed beams and rustic terracotta floors. The bathrooms are very clean and have new fixtures, shower stalls, and faucets. The young couple who run it are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is worthy of much more expensive hotels, with delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, excellent croissants, and a generous savoury selection. To be honest, otherwise it sounds like a friendly review: access to the rooms is via stairs (but I didn't ask if there's an elevator available for those who might have difficulty) and the mattress is a bit soft. But just to nitpick. Excellent."

"If you’re in Fano for a business trip, this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. A close 10 minute drive into Fano. Also a short walk to a mall that has anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Would recommend!"

"The luck of this hotel and its strength are certainly staff. I explain better. The common areas (indoor, outdoor, restaurant room) are really pleasant and well-treated, but the room had many defects: uncomfortable mattresses, untouched, that was disconnected from the ceiling, The Commission has noted that the Commission has not been able to take action in the field of the agriculture and the agricultural sector. All the kids in the restaurant, Susy's headroom, the receptionists and the cleaning services are all laughing, efficient, prepared and have made us feel welcome as in a family. I hope to find them all next year and to find the necessary improvements in the rooms for a really relaxing and pleasant holiday in all respects."

"I chose this property to take advantage of a free lunch for two offered by a Smartbox. The experience exceeded expectations. The staff welcomed us with great courtesy. The menu, featuring fish and/or meat, was incredibly fresh and cooked to order. The house wine, an organic Chardonnay produced on the property, is worth a try, as is a taste of their extra virgin olive oil. The vegetable mayonnaise served with the fish appetizer and the veal with the freshest green beans were delicious. Everything was presented and cooked with care and attention. The country house is surrounded by a beautiful park with a swimming pool, a relaxing setting just outside Fano."

"We stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting Le Marche. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. Our corner room on the second floor was extremely spacious with a good shower and comfortable large bed. We had 2 balconies and a view of the Roman wall of Fano. Wifi signal was very strong which is always an advantage. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and good coffee and pleasant service. We chose this hotel as it had a bar and we often like to finish the day with a small drink but we’re very surprised that the choice of wine was so limited - it was basically ‘red or white’ so only a ‘house’ wine and no choice. Thankfully the red was a Sangiovese which was nice but very surprised to find a hotel with a bar but no selection! Irritating also the the TV was on constantly in the seating area (breakfast / bar) playing game shows in Italian. Just a small thing but I found it annoying!"
