We stayed 3 nights with half board in one of the lovely 2 room suites. The meals were fabulous and the chef was very accommodating of my need to avoid dairy. We did not make use of the spa, but each day we walked through the vineyards & olive groves on the trails they have set out, which is a very nice touch. It is beautiful to watch the sunset across the vineyards! There are 2 little towns nearby which are worth a visit, as well as the towns along the shore of Lake Bolsena (great for a fish lunch or dinner out). We enjoyed easy daytrips to the tufa towns (Pitigliano, Sovava, Sorano) and nearby Etruscan sites which we highly recommend. The Marfisa wines are very good - they graciously gave us a bottle upon check-in too. Lastly, there is very beautiful art in the common areas both inside and outside at the resort, done by a local artist. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

This hotel is a beautiful and tranquil oasis set between a vineyard and olive groves. The property and rooms are immaculate. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. We loved the on-site restaurant as well, called Osteria Unicorno, their meals are prepared with their own olive oil, vegetables and herbs and were all superb... Will definitely be back!

This small hotel in the middle of the countryside deserves our compliments. Room, pool area and restaurant were all better than expected. Staff are 11 out of 10 and made our 8 nights unforgettable. We are definitely coming back in the near future… we will probably combine with a few days in Rome first

Marifisa is paradise. The spa is phenomenal pleasure extravaganza. Floriana gave us each the most loving, deep massage. As a vegan, the chef went out of his way to create a delectable delight! Each and every staff person went out of there way to serve. All facilities are clean and modern. We will definitely be back! Such a gem in the hills of Italy! Also, while there walk into town and enjoy the friendliness, food and fun at Eat Drink Fun! Such a gem in the hills of Italy.

We were welcomed by Frederica who was very nice and friendly. We arrived before check-in and our room was already ready, and they were kind enough to give us the room earlier. We stayed in suite 2, which was wonderful, everything felt new modern and fresh. We had a huge terrace overlooking the olive groves, where we sat and enjoyed the evening and drank the local wine we received as a gift. The pool was cool, which was very nice when the hot air and the sun's warm rays shone on us. The atmosphere was lovely, the rolling Tuscany landscape around us was eye candy and balm for the soul. All the staff were very nice and very service minded. Service at the pool was exceptional, the staff were very attentive l. A special shout out to Allessandro, Marco and Gabrielle. The chef definitely knew how to use a pot on the stove. The food was excellent. Almost everything was locally produced and gave an eco-friendly experience. The breakfast included three dishes, everything was super tasty and also local. We would love to come again!

Ho trovato questo delizioso scorcio di paradiso in mezzo al verde cercando qua e là su Internet. Il posto è incantevole, si cena ammirando lo spettacolo dell’uliveto fronte sala. Che dire della cucina? un tripudio di qualità e sapori, porzioni abbondanti e gustose. Ottimo il tagliere di salumi e formaggi; superlative le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale; buonissima la guancia con riduzione di vino rosso. Non ho aspettato neanche di assaggiare il dolce per scrivere la recensione, sicuro che sarà delizioso. Ci ritorneremo. Location tranquilla e e romantica.

Location eccellente, locale pulito e ordinato. (considerando che era Pasquetta). I cibi ottimi, giuste portate. A Pasquetta hanno fatto un menù fisso e nonostante ad una nostra amica non piaceva gli hanno cambiato le pietanza senza fare storie. Il menù comprendeva un antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo piatto ed il dolce. Prezzo? A Pasquetta 60€ a persona bevande escluse. Ma la qualità non ha prezzo. Il podere ha anche delle camere, una SPA, una piscina. Olio, vino, tutto di produzione propria. Una bella scoperta!!!

Podere immerso nel verde della Tuscia. Collocata in una cava dismessa di tufo, le cui pareti fanno ancora da cornice alla tenuta. Produce in particolare ottimi vini ed olio, tipico della zona . La struttura principale ospita al pianterreno la reception, con annessa zona ristorante . Oltre ad un numero di stanze attigue. La terrazza è spettacolare e permette la vista oltre che della tenuta, anche delle colline vicine . Appena oltre le siepi di rosmarino e lavanda, la piscina. Ed a seguire le depandence, che ospitano stanze discrete. Tutte con esterno autonome ,tavolo e sedie. Appena sotto il ristorante, si può usufruire della spa. Piccola ma attrezzatissima. Agli ospiti che ne usufruiscono su prenotazione, sono offerti frutta fresca e tisane di vari gusti. Da provare!! Abbiamo chiesto di visitare la cantina. La proprietaria ci ha accompagnato con piacere e mostrato locali, attrezzature e le preziose botti di affinamento. Gentilissima Da non perdere la passeggiata nell'orto. Che potrei definire una galleria d'arte a cielo aperto. Infatti tra le varie aiuole coltivate, sono collocate opere d'arte di un artista locale. Così come in numerosi altri punti di tutta la tenuta. Il ristorante offre piatti ricercati, nel rispetto della stagionalità e delle zone . Applausi allo Chef! Ottima l'accoglienza. Vale assolutamente la pena di soggiornarvi Torneremo sicuramente.
