Best Western la Grange Inn Suites ★★★
Americas Best Value Inn Schulenburg ★★
"Everything was OKAY until we went to check the shower , and it was dirty. Hair and black stuff all over the place. The tub doesn’t drain well!"
Farmstead Round Top ★★★
"We needed a quick getaway and the Farmstead was absolutely perfect. We will definitely come again. It was clean, welcoming, relaxing. We loved the pool and the firepit. We slept better than ever - so quiet! Everything was perfect. Thank you."
The Oak Motel ★★
"Absolutely filthy It was so bad I checked out 2 days early Do not go there"
River Valley Motor Inn ★★
FlopHouze Shipping Container Hotel ★★★
"My experience at Flophouze is exactly as it is advertised; the perfect combination of luxury and “The Wild”. The shipping containers (which are your own personal hotel suite) open up onto this huge wide-open cow pasture, making for unbelievable sunrises and sunsets— the doors are completely glass, floor to ceiling. The inside of the shipping containers are extremely comfortable and beautifully apportioned; lots of nice little details like a record player with vinyl for you to enjoy! Your own coffee grinder! Very, very cool. Super comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, all the other things you would expect in a high quality experience, but the rural landscape makes it all the more special. You can step outside of your little apartment and hear nothing but the wind. I just spent two days there in the beginning of the year and I’m so glad I did. Need a weekend away? This is the place."
Best Western Plus Flatonia Inn ★★★
"Hotel in general, win in parking no money. There is no free water in the room. You have to drink water. You can go to the lobby on the first floor to take the cup and pour it yourself. There are very few choices for breakfast. There is nothing to eat."
Carefree Inn Flatonia ★★
Round Top Hotel ★★

The Frenchie
"Would not recommend this place. We paid $600/night and definitely not worth that rate! Awful mattress, no restaurant, NOISEY....up until 1:00 AM!! And called the number to cut the noise (music and partying women) & got NO answer!! If you wish to stay out in the country at a great place, with a 5-star chef, as well as breakfast, masseuse, fantastic rooms, go to the BLAIR HOUSE in Wimberley. I came to Frenchies with a friend to go to the antique sales...but IF I come back for the antique shopping, I will definitely not be staying at Frenchies!!"
