Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville - Fort Bragg

TWO THUMBS UP The hotel is undergoing a makeover but the staff went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. The room had been renovated; the bath was lovely and the room was very comfortable. There is a Texas Roadhouse across the street. It was a very convenient location.

The bathroom shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair and dirt residue along the shower. I did enjoy the size and design of the room.

Great hotel. Very clean and the room we stayed in was fully renovated. Everything was brand new. Highly recommend.

They are in the midst of a full renovation and the public spaces downstairs are not yet completed. But staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms had already been finished and were nice. They are projected to be finished later this spring. Our party of 20 had a good overnight stay.

Not as nice as expected The hotel is transitioning to a Holiday Inn Express which was not revealed to us until we got there. We supposedly got a reduced rate because of that fact. The gym was not in operation, which was a big disappointment. The breakfast was pretty lame...no juices offered. Our shower leaked which we reported to the front desk who said they already knew about it. On our first morning, the water went into the hall and i almost slipped on it leaving the bathroom. All they needed to do was run a bead of caulk along the outside edge..didnt happen. They seemed irritated that we put our Do Not Disturb sign on our door until about 10 or 11 and still expected to get our bed made. Very disappointed with our stay. Will try somewhere different when we return.
