房間設施齊全且整潔。預訂的標準間空間適中，佈局合理。床品乾淨舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。雖然裝修風格略顯常規，但維護得不錯，設施（空調、電視、Wi-Fi）運作正常，熱水充足且水壓穩定。每日客房清潔及時到位，保持了環境的清爽。
略有不足的是隔音效果。 走廊或隔壁房間的聲音偶爾能聽見，對睡眠極輕的客人可能稍有影響，不過整體環境仍算安靜。

這是我們第1次來巢湖，在古鎮吃完飯後隨意逛了一下發現了這個小民宿。地理位置很不錯，在熱鬧小街的背後，走路大概一分鐘就可以上主街，吃的喝的都有。然後民宿裝修的也很有風格，我們是兩個家庭，住在2樓。然後樓下的客廳其實也是給我們用的，所以私密性很好！老闆還帶我們參觀了一下隔壁一樓的一個房間，是上下鋪的。很有趣，下次帶小孩來住這個房間。房間非常乾淨，洗漱用品都有。停車也很方便，就在旁邊有一個小型停車場。真的是體驗鄉村風情的好地方！下次準備來這住個幾天。老闆人很好，我們走的時候還送了山芋。
