We booked a short break away to JS Cape Colom and what an amazing hotel. We had an awful delay, and it's worth paying for a private transfer as it was a 2 hour transfer from the airport on a shuttle coach and we didnt think we would ever get there. Once we arrived, they had arranged a snack which by the time we arrived at 5.30 was a bit crusty but a nice gesture. Rooms are basic but very clean and freshly made every day. Our room had no air conditioning despite notifying reception, it never worked, which was a little hard going. The meals on offer are delicious and plentiful, the drinks are great, an overall brilliant all inclusive. There are plenty of loungers and two lovely pools and steps to enable a swim in the sea. We had two evenings of entertainment which was good. Take plenty of mozzie spray as you get eaten alive in the evenings A great place to stay and would happily book again. Thank you!

Stayed from 30th April - 4th May 2025 Wonderful 4-Night All-Inclusive Stay – Will Be Back! We’ve just returned from a fantastic 4-night all-inclusive stay and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – the service throughout was excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food and drink are very good value. While the food can be a little repetitive, everything we had was really tasty and well-prepared. There was always something to enjoy. The rooms are a bit dated in style, but they’re spotlessly clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping does a great job. The wellness centre on the fifth floor looks like a new addition to the hotel. It’s very modern and looks great with really good facilities including an indoor gym with stunning views whilst you work out, a sauna and steam room plus an outdoor jacuzzi again to enjoy the lovely views. We also used the massage service (approx £90 for 90 mins) which was really good and so relaxing, would highly recommend. The hotel is in a quiet area, so more suited to a relaxing holiday. There are a few nice beach bars about a 10-minute walk to the left of the hotel, the beach is lovely. And to the right of the hotel there is a harbour, which is about 30 minutes on foot with more little cafes and bars. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a Bargin holiday– we’re already looking at dates to book again!

Excellent food, choices to suit all, whether select from the constant hot/cold buffet or get their chef to freshly cook. The team were 100%, hard workers, friendly & nothing too much trouble..to name a few - Marcos, Lara, Wan, Dolores & Annette..thankyou! A manager who got stuck in when needed, to a team of cleaners who quietly did an amazing job. Location was perfect, peaceful & views to die for. We are saving to return asap!

It’s early in the season but needs more internal seating areas and more bar staff at peak times. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The food can be a little repetitive if you’re A/I, but once again the staff are very good.

Fabulous hotel, nice quiet location and adults only! We are friends from different parts of the UK travelling separately and booked solo rooms. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome! Stunning location with plenty of sun-beds and 2 pools! Food was good for an all inclusive, although some food labelling could have been better! The omelette station at breakfast was my absolute favourite! We had entertainment on 3 evenings and it was very good. Thank you to Anett, Miguel, Marcos & Delores for making our trip so memorable. Overall we loved it so much, we booked online again whilst on site to return in May 2025! If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful location, book it - we can’t wait to return!

I was slightly worried booking this hotel, despite the good reviews, due to location. But our stay was amazing! Went with a group of mid 30 girls for a long weekend, and everything was better than expected. Great food, good drinks (except the Long Island Iced Tea, which was coke and orange juice?! Not sure what happened there!), location was perfect on the cliff top, all of the staff were very attentive and lovely. The "lane" pool is much nicer than the other pool, and considerably warmer too, so we used that one mainly. Always managed to sort sunbeds for the 4 of us with a parasol, there are many dotted around the grounds. The view from the 6th floor is stunning, shame it wasn't open for sunset when we walked up as that would have been a fantastic view. Didn't use the gym but this looked really nice, with the view. Would have liked some background music outside on the evenings there is no entertainment. And longer straws for the drinks! These are the only 2 criticisms we had for the whole weekend! All in all, beautiful stay, we'll definitely be back.
