JS Cape Colom - Adults Only ★★★
"Just returned from my third stay at the Js Cape Colom hotel in the beautiful resort of Porto Colom and quite possibly my best yet. As I've said in my previous reviews, don't be fooled by the 3-star rating, this hotel is way more than that. Room was clean and comfortable and towels / bedding changed daily. Had a lovely large balcony on the first floor. I again went all-inclusive and the food served whether it be breakfast, lunch or evening meal is so fresh with a vast choice. Drinks are cold and refreshing and always served with a smile from staff there. Hotel was busy but there was still plenty of space in the vast grounds that the hotel occupies so plenty of sun-loungers and chairs available in the glorious Balearic sunshine or in the shade, the resort is so peaceful and quiet as well, perfect for a relaxing getaway holiday If you need a further recommendation of how good the hotel is, many of guests during my stay were like myself, regular returnees. And as always, I am already looking forward to booking-up for my 4th visit next year in 2027. Best wishes to you all"
Grupotel Club Cala Marsal Nature Hotel ★★★★
"Renovated hotel.close to beach. Staff are helpful and nice"
Hostal Residencia San Francisco ★★★
"This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!"
Petit Hotel Hostatgeria Sant Salvador ★★★
"Amazing place lovely romm friendly staff"
Barefoot Hotel Mallorca ★★★★★
"It's excellent; I think it's the best hotel in Mallorca for a vacation. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is warm, and the food is plentiful."
Hostal Hpc Porto Colom ★★★
"This is a review of the restaurant. A beautiful location with a great menu and super service. Clearly well run and food choices and quality good value for money."
JS Portocolom Suites ★★★★
"Amazing trip as a solo dad with a 6 yr old daughter On arrival our room room was on the ground floor and a disability room which wasn’t great so asked to be moved , which Maria sorted for us the next day and our 2nd room was perfect The hotel has it just right , pool area is great , always able to get a sun lounger , reserving beds doesn’t seem to be a culture here , Evening entertainment is good , kids all play in the park or football court next to the bar leaving adults free to relax Food is up there with the best buffet style food I’ve had , quality over quantity for sure , each night completely different , from hog roast , paella , kebab station , seafood , my daughter loved the effort they went to of cooking different pasta type for her bolognaise each night , Lots of local restaurants around the hangout and beach if you did want to venture out Food around the pool was fine and reasonable priced Rooms are ideal , modern and tv has plenty of English Chanel’s if your child goes to bed early Hotels offers towels for €10 deposit then €1 to exchange which we did a couple of times The local beach about 5mims away is a lovely bay where the water is very calm and safe , The rooms don’t have a kettle and the hairdryer is a bit basic so would recommend bring your own The charge for the room safe I think is a bit un necessary and I think that should be a standard with rooms now Maby people we met said they’ve been several years running with kids and I can certainly see why , We will be looking to come back in the near future"
Wyndham Mallorca Portocolom Resort ★★★
"Great stay and received az excellent service. Room was clean and great location to the bay. Recommend."
Cabot Cala Ferrera ★★★

Smy Portocolom
"Firstly, photos on Trip Advisor are very old. Hotel is totally different, and split over 3 locations (close). Restaurant is over the road in the building I assumed I was staying in but there are 2 buildings. Pools on different locations to main hotel. We were half board and had a ‘small’ junior suite with a sea view. Be aware hotel is quite a distance to walk to anywhere, we hired a car. Local restaurants are expensive and reservation only. Nowhere local for lunch or drinks although hotel have a small lunch menu at a cost! A bar at main pool but no food. Drinks were expensive! Breakfast was ok but held indoors with no air conditioning. Lunch was held outside in downstairs restaurant. Evening meal indoors. So hot, full sun and staff refused to open windows. Apparently air conditioning had broken down in all communal areas! for the 2 weeks we stayed. Air conditioning unit leaked massively in our room which engineer tried to fix, without success. Water made our room door swell so very difficult to close. Rooms cleaned everyday. Also seemed very short staffed in all areas. Pools were lovely but queues at 10am to get a sun-bed!! activities offered in afternoon, should’ve been morning really. Reception staff were great, as were restaurant staff. Felt sorry for them in the extreme heat. Be aware if you are half board, alcohol is nit included at dinner, only water. We were told this after 13 days there, not to touch the wine that everyone was drinking in the restaurant. No signs explaining this but a drinks menu suddenly appeared! Beach is about 20 mins walk and beach bar/restaurant is reservation only! Lovely staff and food there so book a table for lunch when you arrive at beach. Overall not a bad holiday for an ‘adults recommended’ hotel, there were children/babies there. Doesn’t meet a 4 star. Shame about air conditioning. Management should’ve been more apologetic and understanding. Local pharmacy and supermarket were 20 minute walk. Very expensive to book car rental through hotel, book yourself before you arrive. There’s a local market once a week and a local bus runs to Cala D’Or. Lots of locals come out at night so beware local restaurants are full. Parking a car is absolutely horrendous so expect to park at least 5 mins from hotel. Lastly, if you’re flying late, there’s a luggage room and was offered a shower at the spa area where we found the indoor pool was closed. (No hairdryer or towels)!"
MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family
"This is the 5th time we have visited this hotel, the location is great, the entertainment team and staff are brilliant. The hotel has split into 2 since we last came but didn’t affect the parts we use and enjoy with a young child. The only negative was the food has gone downhill since we last came, it used to be very good but this is now not the case. We spoke to many other families who have been multiple times too and had the same thoughts. Hopefully feedback will improve this. It would also be helpful to have signs/guidance/information on arrival that no inflatables are allowed in any of the pools as so many families buy them for their children and they aren’t allowed much to the disappointed of the children. The fun police regular patrol and ask you to remove them."
Marsenses Natura Olea Hotel
"Gorgeous hotel with the friendliest staff. Really great area just 15-20 minute walk away from everything and a spar around every corner with everything you need. Lots of great restaurants so we didnt need to get breakfast or anything included"
Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments
"Ignore the negative reviews this is a great place to stay and explore the east coast, if you can book the extra large balcony/sun terrace as the veiws and morning sunrise are worth the extra cost. Also a special thanks to the room maid who found our card and promptly called us after check out."
Monsuau Cala d'Or Hotel 4 Sup - Adults Only
"Very nice, enjoyable stay"
Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou
"Beautiful, rustic land hotel with few rooms. Located in the middle between Fincas and fields, about 10 minutes from Felanitx. The rooms are very different. The small are very simple and really small, also very bright. The big are much more attractive. Garden with many seats, shadows and pool. Rich breakfast buffet with oil from your own production. To the extent to hardware. As regards the service, we went like in the previous reviews: the reception and communication are quite russian (or rustic). There were also nice moments but overall there was no good mood - you have to just entertain it."
Boutique Hotel Sa Galera
"The place was perfect, very quiet, very nice and very authentic. Every one is kind and helpful. We enjoyed the services, the beauty of the place and the restaurant is so good. Of course, if we will come back to Mallorca, we will choose nothing else but Hotel rural sa Galera. "
Son Menut
"I spend 6 absolutely lovely days at Son Menut in October. I was traveling alone and this was the perfect place to go as a solo traveler: the owners and the whole staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout the stay and the atmosphere was especially warm, so it felt like visiting friends. Rooms are simple, but there were very tidy (same as the whole hotel and surroundings) and food was delicious. To me this place was luxury because it was so relaxed, friendly, quiet and cozy. And beautiful views! I had the riding package and that was the main reason I chose Son Menut, but I feel like I got more than I expected since the hotel and staff were so great. There is dozens of horses, so good variation between the safest trail horses to more challenging (and gorgeous) stallions. I learnt new valuable things from both teachers Manu and Tomeu and they did a great job during the busy week. For trails this is not maybe the best place, since there isn't so many possibilities for trot&gallop on the way, but I enjoyed the 2 hour trail and took it as a relaxing way to see surroundings. There's also lots to see around the area: Portocolom is beautiful, plenty of beaches just 30min away, Santuari de Sant Salvador is absolutely worth the visit (amazing views). For me this was a five star holiday and I hopefully will visit Son Menut again!"
Agroturisme Fincahotel Can Bessol
"It is like the perfect place, with perfect attention. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."
