"The location was great, very quiet which was fine for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. The rooms were basic, very clean, a net curtain at the window would have been nice for some privacy. Clean bed sheets and towels regularly. The smoking area could have been better cleaned, actually would be better relocated away from the swimming pool/bar area. Lots of ash and stubbed out fags making it look untidy - is too near the showers for the pool. I didn’t use the showers pre pool as I would need to walk in the smokers ash! The atmosphere of the hotel was overall friendly and pleasant. It’s a small hotel that I would happily travel to solo. Value wise we had a good deal through TUI and got a few good discounts making the holiday worthwhile. The staff were lovely and friendly. If you read books they have an amazing collection of books you can choose. Food was really good. Chef was out every meal time, food was piping hot and there was a good choice every meal time, we didn’t feel the need to go else where and we were there 2 weeks. The grounds of the hotel were huge so no issues getting a sun lounger, lots of space. They had entertainment which was good but a few more nights would be better. Would I go back to this hotel again - yes, absolutely loved it!"

"Fantastic hotel this is our 4th visit with family and friends. Reception staff and all staff are lovely and so helpful. The suites have plenty of room and they are kept very clean. Food is great and there is a good choice for all tastes. The beach Cala Marcal is a 10 minute walk away which is an absolutely beautiful bay. We also did a vineyard tour at Son Alegre about a 10 minute taxi ride which was great fun, bus ride to Cala Dor and Palma for the day. We hope to come back next year and once again thanks to all of the staff at JS Suites!"

"We (a couple in our mid-30s) chose this hotel in the hope it would provide a chance for us to recharge and it delivered everything we hoped for. Very happy we chose this finca with all its character vs a typical beach hotel. We were still to the many incredible beaches and also the quiet and charming towns of Santanyi and Campos. Being able to spend days relaxing by the pool with quiet and respectful guests was blissful, and having a great restaurant there too (Thurs-Sun) allowed for convenience when we didn't want to drive somewhere for dinner. The staff were all lovely and really ensured we were comfortable - all in all couldn't recommend this place more, especially for couples and we hope to return soon!"

"We have not long been back from a week at Marsenses myself , wife and 2 kids aged 10 and 13. We stayed in Block G across from the bar and stage. All though the entertainment was on till around 10:30pm it was a great location we spent a couple of nights just standing on the walkway watching the entertainment. The rooms were nice and modern could have just done with some more pillows. The bathroom was slightly dated in the room we stayed in but I did have a look at another room which was really modern. Although we were very early in the season the atmosphere was brilliant not to busy at night an always plenty of staff on the bar ( very pleasant I must say ). One let down for me was the Food breakfast wasn’t being cooked fast enough so you always seemed to be stood around waiting for things , lunch for me was the best with plenty of choice , again Teatime had some good choices but you seemed to be waiting for things to come out and be cooked. The main thing that let the food down for me was it was not Hot enough in some cases it was cold or just warm. We did end up eating out at night around 5 times. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff would do anything to help you. The location is brilliant just a small walk to Fererra beach, there was a very nice little bar up the road called Marleys and just a 15min walk you were in the main area of Cala D’or where we had some amazing food and drinks the kids loved it. We did get a taxi one night which was around €10 one way for a taxi of 6 The Ting Ting, small electric road train was €19 one way but it was fun and we traveled the full route around the marina the kids loved it Overall we enjoyed the holiday it’s a beautiful place just a small let down was the food The price of food and drinks outside of the hotel is acceptable not much different to the UK beer being more expensive if anything Overall for what we payed for 4 people all inclusive it was well worth the money at just £1800."

"We loved everything about this hotel! Came here after staying at another place amd regreted that we did not book this hotel forvour whole stay. The rooms are spacious, equiped with everything you might need for your holiday. The view is fantastic. We were firstly afraid that pool is too small, but it is perfect size with enough lounges for everyone. Beautiful beach walking distance, bakery + Spar with necessities are very close. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and also in harbor - takes few minutes to walk there. Martina at reception super nice and helpful. Overall - we could not recommend this place enough. This hotel is a gem."

"I want to start by saying that the woman who runs this hotel is very kind and tries her best to make everything good for the guests. Unfortunately, her husband is the complete opposite—rude, childish, and very disrespectful. We made an agreement with the manager to stay at the pool for an extra hour until 1:30 PM because our flight was delayed. She agreed without any problems since the next guests were not arriving until 5 PM. But then her husband came to the pool and started yelling at us, telling us to leave immediately. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, ruining what could have been a nice experience. They really need to control him, or they should stop running a hotel. While the woman and the hotel itself are good, I cannot recommend this place because of the terrible way we were treated. No one should have to go through this on their vacation. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your stay to be ruined by his bad behavior. Trip type"
