Petit Hotel Hostatgeria Sant Salvador
"Amazing place lovely romm friendly staff"
Grupotel Club Cala Marsal Nature Hotel
"It's much better than expected. It's right next to the beach. Since we drove, we found it quite convenient. The room is very clean. Someone will clean it every morning. It will be cleaned after breakfast. Breakfast will be changed every day. The front desk is also very friendly. I stayed for three days and the experience was very good."
Apartamentos Azul Playa
"Everything was great, from the service, breakfast, comfort, but I would have liked to have had a better view, we were on the ground floor overlooking the garbage and behind the pool, little privacy on the balcony but otherwise everything was great."
Wyndham Mallorca Portocolom Resort
"Great stay and received az excellent service. Room was clean and great location to the bay. Recommend."
Hostal Residencia San Francisco
"This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!"
Residence Mallorca Cecilia
"Have just spent 5 nights here in a studio apartment for 2. The accommodation is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area is clean and tidy, and the beach is a 5 min walk away, along with some lovely restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful, particularly Lupe who was lovely. Overall excellent value in a beautiful location for a quiet beach holiday."
JS Cape Colom - Adults Only
"Such the perfect experience. I loved everything, from breakfast with view and the kindness of the people who worked there. Maite was the receptionist I always talked to, so nice and helpful! Thank you for the experience! ✨"
Barefoot Hotel Mallorca
"It's excellent; I think it's the best hotel in Mallorca for a vacation. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service is warm, and the food is plentiful."
Hostal Hpc Porto Colom
"Just there for food, not staying in the hotel - started off well, good food - a wee hiccup with the order but we didn’t mind that at all as that’s easily done. Following delivery of our main course we became invisible - no drinks, no service, zero manners from the staff. We sat with empty main course plates for 45 minutes, unable to get further drinks or a dessert. When we finally got someone she was incredibly rude and STILL did not bring dessert menus. She was obviously just keen to tidy up and go home. We gave up, paid and left as she laughed with her colleagues. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the service alone. Everywhere else in Portocolom was incredibly welcoming as well as having great food. This was our experience- you might have a better one with nicer servers, the food was good so this was really disappointing and put a downer on our evening."

Bellevue Belsana
"Just got back from this place on a solo trip. First the positives- clean friendly hotel, food adequate in variety but plentiful and well presented. Pool area great with lovely views, lovely clean pool and bar. Rooms great and very clean with daily maid service. Negatives - nothing to do in the hotel apart from swim or sunbathe. I only saw the main bar open once during a week, so no nightime entertainment and nowhere to get a drink other than the pool bar between 10-7. Nothing after. Nowhere to get a snack other than crisps also at the pool bar. If u were hungry between breakfast finishing at 10am until evening meal started at 7pm then you were out of luck other than to leave the hotel. Drink service at the evening meal was also slow, as usually only one member of staff who was very busy. Luckily not too far to go to bars and shops, and the beach nearby was lovely."
Boutique Hotel Sa Galera
"It is a shame that such a privilaged place (antique House from century xIII) is in charge of the current director, He is such a bad person (the mood He talked to You if He has no interes), and He has a good company with one of the cleaners called Eve, who is very unpleasand and does her job reclutantly. The food (dinner) is OK, if it were open daily, since You are far away to have lunch/dinner in other places. I would never leave my money in that place again, thanks that exists places like this to check before You book."
Smy Portocolom
"The hotel was excellent. We were delighted with the location, although this maybe a little quiet for some. The hotel has two great pools with bars. It offers full board but we only had a breakfast deal. A very big selection of food for breakfast, which kept us going all day. Lots of restaurants close by for evening meal. The Cala Marçal beach was a short walk away 0.8 miles and this was fantastic. The water was turquoise and warm. We only went for a week and are very sad to leave. Already planning our return stay."
MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family
"My mum, my partner and I recently stayed here with my 6-year-old son, Finn, and I felt compelled to write a review! More specifically about the entertainment team, because they truly made our holiday. The effort, energy, talent, and genuine care they put into their work was extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, they created an environment where children felt welcomed, included, and valued. What stood out most was that they didn't just look after the children as a group—they took the time to get to know them as individuals and made every child feel special, even the quiet ones! Finn is naturally quite shy and can take a while to come out of his shell, but throughout our stay I watched his confidence grow day by day. The team encouraged him, included him, and helped him feel comfortable enough to join in and make the most of the activities. Seeing him become more confident was one of the highlights of our holiday! They approached every activity with enthusiasm, patience, and kindness. It never felt like they were simply doing a job; they treated every child as though their happiness genuinely mattered to them. The entertainment itself was fantastic, but it was the people behind it who made the difference. Their dedication, positivity, and ability to connect with children is something special and should be recognised. They are a huge asset to the hotel and played a major part in making our holiday such a memorable experience. Thank you for helping Finn create wonderful memories and for giving him the confidence to try new things. We will remember your kindness long after the holiday is over. We will be back! At my son’s request!"
Marsenses Natura Olea Hotel
"I stayed at this hotel with a friend and we had an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The food was amazing, and as a vegetarian I was really impressed with the variety of options available. A special mention goes to Manuel, the head waiter, who kindly offered to show me all of the vegetarian and vegan options each day. It was such a thoughtful touch and made dining much easier. I also loved that there was something different on offer every evening, so we never got bored of the food during our stay. The waiting staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were always happy to recommend drinks and, by the end of our stay, felt very familiar with us, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was quick and easy. Sara is a real credit to the hotel and was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer, as well as providing information about the local area, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was spotless and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. Rooms were scheduled to be cleaned every other day, but we noticed ours was often cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, which was a lovely bonus. The swinging egg chair was a beautiful feature and made it even more enjoyable to sit and take in the stunning views. Pool towels could be rented for €10 and exchanged whenever needed, which was very convenient. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as we didn’t want to be right in the middle of the busy town centre. It was around a 15-minute walk into town, which we did on most evenings, but it wasn’t necessary to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to. The restaurant regularly offered live music and entertainment, and the bar remained open until 11pm, creating a lovely atmosphere and giving guests plenty to enjoy without having to venture out. The hotel is also less than a five-minute walk from Ferrera Beach, which we visited frequently during our stay. We rented two loungers, an umbrella, and a lockbox for €17. The beach is beautiful, but I would recommend getting there around 9:30am if you want to secure a spot, as they get taken very quickly due to the number of nearby hotels. We also had a very early checkout because of our transfer and flight. The staff kindly offered to take us to the restaurant for a coffee before we left, which was such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely way to end our holiday. I genuinely could not recommend this hotel more highly. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the number of loungers around the pool. There weren’t many available, and despite signs asking guests not to reserve them, many loungers were occupied with towels from early in the morning. This was a little frustrating and I can imagine it being much more of an issue during peak season. We found that if we spent the day at the beach, we could usually come back around 4:30pm and find a lounger by the pool, but any earli"
Monsuau Cala d'Or Hotel 4 Sup - Adults Only
"Very nice, enjoyable stay"
Agroturismo Fincahotel Son Pou
"I want to start by saying that the woman who runs this hotel is very kind and tries her best to make everything good for the guests. Unfortunately, her husband is the complete opposite—rude, childish, and very disrespectful. We made an agreement with the manager to stay at the pool for an extra hour until 1:30 PM because our flight was delayed. She agreed without any problems since the next guests were not arriving until 5 PM. But then her husband came to the pool and started yelling at us, telling us to leave immediately. His behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, ruining what could have been a nice experience. They really need to control him, or they should stop running a hotel. While the woman and the hotel itself are good, I cannot recommend this place because of the terrible way we were treated. No one should have to go through this on their vacation. Avoid this hotel if you don’t want your stay to be ruined by his bad behavior. Trip type"
Son Menut
"Just a lovely relaxing place in the sun. This is not a fancy hotel but a homely place, with amazingly lovely staff where you can relax, unwind and get away from everything. With a restaurant/bar on site plus the pool with shade to sit in you have everything you need. Nothing is far away if you want to go out to lovely beaches within easy reach and other things to see if you want them. The staff are friendly and attentive and really helpful. As a small place there is a lovely community feeling amongst the guests with opportunities to chat but enough space to be on your own if you like. The food is extremely good with a wide range of different things for everyone and some really good local wines. They will even let you spread a bottle of wine over the week if you want to try different things. This is enough on its own to recommend it but when you add in the horses you get a really great experience, for the advanced and novice rider alike. I tried a dressage lesson on the stallions, a jumping lesson and a trail ride, all were excellent, useful and fun. The horses are well cared for and in great condition. The place is just really well run. You will know there are horses about so if that bothers you I wouldn't go but I would recommend this place for both riders and others alike, as a place to rest, recuperate and enjoy a more peaceful life. My non-rider wife had a fabulous time."
Orange Colom - Seaside Apartments
"Ignore the negative reviews this is a great place to stay and explore the east coast, if you can book the extra large balcony/sun terrace as the veiws and morning sunrise are worth the extra cost. Also a special thanks to the room maid who found our card and promptly called us after check out."

"Lovely quiet hotel in a fabulous location. There is access to the beach via the back of the hotel. Food is good with plenty of choice. Rooms and grounds are very well maintained. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Our second stay here and will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend!"
