"This is our second time visiting these apartments. I would come back again in a heart beat and will be booking for 2027 for sure! The staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are very well serviced and clean with regular changes of laundry. The pool area is fabulous, not over crowded and is also kept to a very high standard. The apartments themselves are in a lovely quiet area, very close to the beach but also only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Cala d'Or. I highly recommend these apartments for the perfect holiday!"

"It was lovely, the room was spacious, location is 10/20 minutes from most beaches. Service was lovely and limited to the mornings until early afternoon. The grounds have some charm but nothing special. It's very quiet which we liked. If you are going to be using it only for sleeping and driving around all the time it's perfect. Improvements could be done on the breakfast which we found a bit average."

We were on half-board, and the evening meal was truly delicious. Just one small complaint about the breakfast, which I didn't enjoy as much."

"Lovely hotel, traditional, very peaceful and relaxing. Nice to have basic toiletries included. In the countryside, with only the sound of the birds and bugs. Pool side was nice to lounge in the gardens. Spa was lovely, clean and modern towels and robes included. Only improvement was the lack of a coffee/ tea making facility in the room. Did have a fridge though. May be a bit remote for some....not me."

"Fantastic hotel this is our 4th visit with family and friends. Reception staff and all staff are lovely and so helpful. The suites have plenty of room and they are kept very clean. Food is great and there is a good choice for all tastes. The beach Cala Marcal is a 10 minute walk away which is an absolutely beautiful bay. We also did a vineyard tour at Son Alegre about a 10 minute taxi ride which was great fun, bus ride to Cala Dor and Palma for the day. We hope to come back next year and once again thanks to all of the staff at JS Suites!"

"The Hotel is in a prime location. An anticBeautiful Place. The Breakfast staff could be better. The dinner staff is very nice. The owner, Sir Roldan, leaves much to be desired. He is a self serving Person; his waynof speaking shows He has no regards for his employees, as We had spoken highly of one of them, and He showed no empathy at all. Also, when It was time to say goodbye, the only thing He was interested in was that if We returned, We would book directly with the Hotel to avoid comissions! Pathetic. Beautiful beaches near by, but also better Hotels."

"I went there with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time. The hotel is well located in Portocolom close to many amenities like bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and spacious and had a beautiful balcony. The staff were incredible and made our stay really smooth and enjoyable, special shout out to Johnny working at the restaurant and the bar for being a star. I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel as you will definitely not regret it. And hopefully we will be back sometime in the future."

"We have not long been back from a week at Marsenses myself , wife and 2 kids aged 10 and 13. We stayed in Block G across from the bar and stage. All though the entertainment was on till around 10:30pm it was a great location we spent a couple of nights just standing on the walkway watching the entertainment. The rooms were nice and modern could have just done with some more pillows. The bathroom was slightly dated in the room we stayed in but I did have a look at another room which was really modern. Although we were very early in the season the atmosphere was brilliant not to busy at night an always plenty of staff on the bar ( very pleasant I must say ). One let down for me was the Food breakfast wasn’t being cooked fast enough so you always seemed to be stood around waiting for things , lunch for me was the best with plenty of choice , again Teatime had some good choices but you seemed to be waiting for things to come out and be cooked. The main thing that let the food down for me was it was not Hot enough in some cases it was cold or just warm. We did end up eating out at night around 5 times. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff would do anything to help you. The location is brilliant just a small walk to Fererra beach, there was a very nice little bar up the road called Marleys and just a 15min walk you were in the main area of Cala D’or where we had some amazing food and drinks the kids loved it. We did get a taxi one night which was around €10 one way for a taxi of 6 The Ting Ting, small electric road train was €19 one way but it was fun and we traveled the full route around the marina the kids loved it Overall we enjoyed the holiday it’s a beautiful place just a small let down was the food The price of food and drinks outside of the hotel is acceptable not much different to the UK beer being more expensive if anything Overall for what we payed for 4 people all inclusive it was well worth the money at just £1800."

"This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long while. The rooms are modern and spotless, free (very good) air con and wifi, amazing staff and the location is perfect. The views from the rooms (105 in particular) are the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. Right next to the water, on the top of cliff. Local shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and supermarket about 10 minutes walk. Will 100% be returning in the near future! 10/10"

"We stayed at the finca for seven nights and would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by beautiful island scenery. It's not near the major tourist hotspots, but that's not why you choose this finca. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Whether it was tips for beaches, places to visit, or service, everything was top-notch. The breakfast is well-balanced and offers a wide selection, including lactose-free and vegan options. The 24/7 Jura coffee machine is also fantastic. Dinner is varied, featuring local dishes and presented to complement the ambiance. The pool is perfect for simply soaking up the sun. The rooms are a bit noisy, but this didn't bother us much. Otherwise, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The room with a terrace offers a great view and is comfortably furnished. In short, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you!"
