The hotel is extremely close to the terminal, directly connected by a skybridge. It looks very new, boasts comprehensive facilities, and is impeccably clean. All essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, and slippers are provided.
The soundproofing is also excellent; despite an elevated highway being right outside the window, there was absolutely no noise inside.
They provide a 1.5-meter wide bed, which is a big plus! Many hotels in this area often have quite narrow beds, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a spacious 1.5m bed here, making it perfect for two people.
For trips to the city center, taking the subway is also very convenient.
With an early flight scheduled for the next morning, I decided to check into an airport hotel a day in advance. The hotel facilities were excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the AC was very effective. What truly sets this hotel apart is the enclosed sky bridge on the second floor, offering direct, indoor access to London Heathrow Terminal 4. It's incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time and hassle, making it perfect for those with early departures. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying.
Great budget choice convenient to airport, also buses to Kingston etc. Neat and clean with helpful courteous staff, it’s better than many more expensive outfits serving Heathrow. Tesco minimart nearby for any extra needs. Also a nice cafe bar area. Recommended!

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival.
The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes.
Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine.
Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!
What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river.
The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh.
We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us.
We will definitely come back again.
Good location for Heathrow Airport. Accommodation is clean and comfortable, as is to be expected from a Premier Inn. Decent food and drink available before 10:00pm.
It is a typical 4+ level hotel, modest decoration but does not look old fashion yet. Spacious, clean, bright and tidy room. Everything like desk, TV, mirrors, and bathroom iis surprisingly big in Europe, at this price level. Even the shampoo and body wash are jumbo sized. Tap and shower glass door need some maintenance. Huge basin countertop, good to put everything on. Some adjacent rooms can be connected to create a family room. The staff are polite and friendly.
Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
