公寓在一個小區裏，三室兩廳一廚一衞，我住的是最大那一間大床房，房間衞生優良，有廚房還有洗衣機！大床房還有陽台，直麪鳳凰湖景區噴泉，周邊玩的，吃的挺多的！另外，我搶了一個特優惠價格，真好！整體評價非常好！

位置在鳳凰湖旁邊，窗外就是湖景，這幾天洪水後清淤，湖面沒水了，平時應該很漂亮。房間乾淨，衞生服務都很好，洗澡很方便，廚房還有餐具可以用，有冰箱很方便，總之和居家生活差不多，唯一不方便的就是停車，另外準備個鍋，就可以自己做飯了，可以在這裏度假生活一段時間，確實不錯

乾淨衞生出行方便環境好，靠湖晚上有噴泉開放，老闆娘熱情好客，湖景簡直太美了，晚上音樂噴泉非常好看，就在房間可以看

房間寬敞且整潔，傢俱用品齊全，就跟回自己家裡一樣，房東姐姐人美心善，在客廳陽台就能看到鳳凰湖全景…就是這次去因為下暴雨噴泉壞了，沒能看到晚上的噴泉

週末帶家人四大一小入住此，房間乾淨衞生一塵不染，設施齊全，馬桶墊，一次性託鞋，房東是位美麗的小姐姐，温暖周到。房間的地理位置也是非常棒，站在陽台就可以看到鳳凰造型。下次如果再來，回繼續住。

看這家（雲天閣）評價超棒確實非常不錯不管是環境還是衞生和位置都超級棒，窗外就是鳳凰湖站在陽台看夜景太美了，確實是全湖景房，老闆很熱情服務超讚。再次強烈推薦，房間設施齊全一次性用品，機麻，礦泉水，空調很給力，洗澡水太舒服了尤其是衞生細節非常到位下次一定還會再來也一定會建議我的朋友入住，超讚，超讚。如果你來鳳縣不放感受一下物超所值
