Dirty and bad conditions room. Holes on the carpet on 2nd floor, the shower was broken and in very bad conditions.

親子游第一次到這邊。前台小藝熱心的幫我升級了房型，入住期間還一直耐心的幫忙解答問題，房間很新，衞生做的很不錯。配套的項目質量很好，尤其大馬戲值得一看。

設施：全屋的智能化設備設施超nice
衞生：整體非常乾淨整潔
環境：度假村的周邊安靜舒適，讓人慢下來就不想回
服務：因商務出差，順便拽着兩小豬一起出遊，第一天到前台後服務員小姐姐熱情給我推薦最划算的套餐（動物園+酒店），服務真是實誠！！！考慮到我家兩小豬根本不走尋常路，我果斷的要了兩間裸房，一旁的小哥哥主管直接給我們升級了兩套鑒山套房，這一趟的商務出差+順便兩小豬暑期一遊的行程真是快樂開掛（中午剛用餐時～老媽説菜量太足了～這誠意真江西）

草莓套房住的舒心，一家人住，自助早餐也很好吃，因為沒開車，酒店的服務人員也很親切，親自開接駁車去送，下次還會去

兩個房間，房間空間很大，動物園的動物很多，同時看到了兩衹孔雀開屏。園區很大。套票裏面的温泉也不錯。很適合親子游。美中不足的是，沒有辦法點外賣，地方有點偏，吃的東西不是很多

挺好的酒店，加了動物園套票，酒店服務及時，房間設計也獨特，衹是當時下雨，沒能在動物園裡好好玩耍，最近好像開了卡皮巴主題房間，親子游的朋友可以沖
