Except for the noise, everything else is perfect. The service at the front desk is first-class. The rooms are highly intelligent, with electric curtains, smart toilets, very hot bath water, and some rooms can even see mountain views.

看到圖片環境很不錯，就嘗試預訂了一下。看到有差評也是有點擔心。但是説實話，可能這個東西還得是看個人，訂的房在背陰面…想調到陽面，前台小姐姐很熱情。服務態度也很不錯。環境跟圖片確實相符。打開攜程覺得還是評價一下比較好，評分與實際不符，我覺得挺不錯的居住感覺。每個人的感覺不一樣，可能也就是碰到特殊情況了才會給差評吧。下次還住這裏…哈哈哈，對得起我花的錢吧，謝謝酒店的熱情服務啦…有些差評還是不能太認真。滿意滿意！

和朋友來爬鳳凰山在網上看了好多家酒店，最後訂的這家，真的很不錯酒店位置，環境都不錯，房間也挺大的，床很舒服和家裡的差不多，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，因為天氣熱還主動問我們需不需要提前把空調打開，小縣城的酒店性價比算是很高的了，下次來還住這裏！

第一次入住這家酒店，總體感覺還不錯，前台的服務很熱情也很貼心，看我行李多，主動幫助我送到房間，房間都是智能化的，衞生也很乾凈整潔，對我像我這種有點小乾淨的人來説很滿意，但是因為網絡預訂所以沒有早餐，早餐25元自購的，早餐種類很多值這個價，服務很好，會主動詢問客人需求，入住體驗感很不錯，下次來還會住這裏！
