房間很小，隔音太差了，出差需要休息，前台人員大晚上和大早上的都在外面大聲説話，不知道有什麼話説不完，直接影響休息

本人都沒到，不核對客人訊息，就給喝醉的人帶進去住着，且顯示！已入住！凌晨2點了還打電話，發短訊，叫我重新找酒店，態度極其惡劣，完全沒有想解決問題的態度，且衹口不提賠償的事兒，房費也不退，衹能導致我們重新找房間，凌晨三點才告訴我們可以入住了，三點我都該做夢了！真是**人的一家酒店，就這態度，**************，真是一次很不愉快的體驗。垃圾

房間整體來説蠻新的，但總感覺床有人尿床了一樣，一大股尿騷味兒 ，雖説是小房間但是房間里居然連凳子都沒有 衹能坐在床上 ，這麼冷的天 晚上衹有單薄的一層被子 第二天早上起床都感冒了 空調一點用都沒有 還一直嗡嗡作響 聲音很大吵得 睡不着。綜上所述 希望商家能夠配備一把椅子，將房間裏的味散一散，天冷時 被子稍微厚一點 這樣的話堪稱完美 就算房價100多一點都無所謂的 。希望店家改善，生意興隆。
