Phoenix Youran Qingsu Hotel

The hotel is right by the river. The lobby was super clean, you can tell the owner pays a lot of attention to hygiene. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even helped carry our luggage to the room. Overall, it was a great experience, and the restaurant recommended by the owner served delicious food.

The room was very clean and spacious. The host even offered free pick-up from the high-speed train station, and was super enthusiastic, giving us directions and a map. We could also enjoy tea downstairs. For a B&B, I was extremely satisfied! The duvet was especially comfortable; I have sensitive skin and often get itchy from blankets, but this one wasn't too clingy and was a thin quilt, perfect for summer! Overall, I was very pleased. It's excellent value for money, and I even extended my stay by a day! 5-star review!

The owners, a husband and wife, are incredibly warm and attentive. The room facilities are also excellent. We stayed for four consecutive nights and didn't even want to consider another hotel. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Fenghuang!

Super convenient! The owner was incredibly nice, picking us up from the high-speed rail station and dropping us off at the bus terminal when we left. They really cared about our experience. The room was clean and tidy, located in a quiet area downstream, and close to the attractions. Highly recommend! If I get the chance to bring my family to Fenghuang again, I'll definitely stay here!!!

The night view was absolutely stunning. Sitting on the balcony watching the lights reflect on the river across, it was so peaceful. The room was clean, and the service was thoughtful, especially the hassle-free pickup arrangement. The hotel perfectly captured the essence of Fenghuang Ancient Town. I've stayed in many B&Bs, but this one truly stands out and deserves a five-star review. Not only is the room spacious, clean, and tidy, but the owner is incredibly kind. They even provided pick-up and drop-off service to and from the Maglev station throughout our stay – excellent service! It was so thoughtful; they carried all our luggage to the room, so we didn't have to lift a finger. I've already recommended it to my friends. It's absolutely worth it!
