The room was very spacious; they even upgraded us to a family room since we were traveling with a child. This is one of the better hotels in Fenghuang Ancient Town, and the service is excellent. A special thanks to the kind gentleman who provided the station transfer; his service was meticulous and thoughtful. He helped us with our luggage and shared insights into the local culture. A huge thumbs-up! More than the ancient town's scenery, what truly left a lasting impression was the hotel staff's service attitude. Thank you! 🙏

The hotel is conveniently located about one or two kilometers from the ancient city, with easy access to parking and nearby dining options. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room itself is spacious, quiet, and immaculately clean. The cleaning staff are thorough and responsible. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. My only minor complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low; it was usable, but it would be even better if it were stronger.

The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for self-driving tours. It offers better value for money than hotels right next to attractions. The breakfast is abundant, and the hygiene is top-notch. The service is fantastic, making it a great value overall. Parking is super easy, and you can drive to the scenic area for meals without any issues. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. They even upgraded us to a family room, which was a very nice touch. Overall, a great experience. I'm planning to stay at this brand of hotel again for my next trip. Honestly, it was my first time staying with this brand, so I'm keen to try their other chain hotels in different cities.

I'd recommend staying outside Fenghuang Ancient City. This hotel is conveniently located, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. There's a transportation hub and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff's service attitude is excellent. Plus, the hotel has its own parking lot and EV charging stations.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. They upgraded us to a family room for free, and the service was excellent. If you're driving and want to avoid the noisy old town, this hotel is a great choice.

Fenghuang is a small place, and while this hotel isn't in the ancient town, a taxi ride is super quick, less than 5 minutes. Traveling with kids, comfort, service, and cleanliness are paramount, and this hotel met all my expectations. I pre-booked, and the hotel even provided a car to take us to the train station. The service throughout was absolutely perfect! I'm a bit particular and always feel that B&Bs can't quite compare to brand-name chains when it comes to service. Easy, polite communication is key to maintaining a good mood while traveling. Since I didn't want to be out in the sun too much, I spent time at the hotel working out and swimming. The only downside is that Didi (ride-sharing) is practically non-existent in Fenghuang (you can sometimes get one, but the wait is long); taxis are the main way to get around here.

I just had to leave a positive review for this hotel! The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are plentiful. The staff are warm and attentive, and the buffet offers a great variety of dishes. Definitely worth staying here again!

This hotel is fantastic! If you're visiting Fenghuang Ancient Town, you absolutely must stay at the Haofeng Wyndham Hotel. The service experience is superb, the front desk staff are incredibly responsible and thoughtful, and there's even a driver to take you to the station. Highly recommend!
