JI Hotel Xiangxi Fenghuang Ancient Town Yunqiao River View

The room was clean and tidy, elegantly furnished, well-equipped, and the environment was quiet and serene. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the room in the evening and enjoying the bridge's night view from below, all the fatigue from the journey instantly dissipated. The overall service was excellent, and the living comfort was very high. Highly recommended!

This hotel is excellent! Parking is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the surroundings are quiet. It was truly comfortable and made for a very pleasant trip!

The hotel's butler service was excellent. They arranged a pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station and enthusiastically introduced us to the ancient town's attractions. The guesthouse has a peaceful environment with great river views, and the facilities are good with new amenities.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! This hotel is much cleaner and has newer facilities than those inside the ancient city. The breakfast noodles and toppings were fantastic, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful. ❤️

My stay this time was a terrible experience. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I barely got any sleep. There were no slippers for showering, which was very inconvenient to walk around barefoot. There was also no conditioner, leaving my hair dry and uncomfortable after washing. And there was nowhere to put dirty towels, so used towels were just left lying around. What was even more frustrating was the perfunctory and inefficient shuttle service. Overall, it was a very poor experience with a complete lack of attention to detail. This is the first time I've encountered such problems at an All Seasons Hotel, despite staying there so many times.

Exceeded expectations! The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a separate wet and dry area, and plenty of racks for hanging clothes and towels. The service was excellent. The hotel is located right by the river, and it's a scenic walk along the Tuojiang River to the ancient town center. A fantastic hotel; staying at HUAZHU Hotel (formerly All Seasons Hotel) made my ancient town visit very enjoyable.

The hotel's location is great, and parking is convenient with its own courtyard. The room environment is clean and tidy, and the overall decor is relatively new. It's close to the Tuo River, and you can see it directly from the room.
