Sulv Lianhua Hotel

This hotel far, far, far exceeded my expectations and imagination! 👍👍👍 Unlike many 'influencer' hotels that are all show and no substance when it comes to quality and service, this place truly shines! 🥰 💕Service: The service is exceptional and omnipresent. Despite being a small hotel, it made me feel incredibly warm and comfortable, truly a profound sense of 'home away from home'!!! Although the hotel is right by the river, they offer a complimentary business car service to Hongqiao gate. Whether for pickup or drop-off, a call gets a car to you in under five minutes! The hotel provides unlimited bottled water and seasonal fruits on each floor daily! If parking is difficult, they even offer valet service! The hotel also has its own team of tour guides. Our 'Ah-mei' guide was incredibly affordable, never pushed shopping or optional extras. Besides dedicating a whole day to explaining Miao history and culture, she tirelessly attended to every guest's needs! She was both warm and genuine. My son, who has traveled extensively, said Ah-mei's explanation was the best because she genuinely shared the story of the city with such passion!!! 💕Room: The hardware facilities are outstanding, with exquisite touches everywhere. As the hotel name includes 'Lotus,' it's no surprise that the decor features Chinese Zen aesthetics throughout, making every corner feel incredibly comfortable! Located in an old house by the river, it has an elevator, which is a huge convenience compared to many hotels in ancient towns! 💕Food: The food was even more impressive! The restaurant is called 'Celebrity Chef's Feast,' and the flavors certainly live up to the name! The breakfast noodles were absolutely, unbelievably delicious, and every single dish was stunningly tasty, covering both Chinese and Western options👍 The main meals were even better. Since we had a child who doesn't eat spicy food, we tried a dish called 'Spring Water Beef.' To this day, I still crave that taste – the incredibly beautiful broth and the tender, large slices of beef within. So, so delicious! 💕Foot Bath: The nightly foot bath was the most delightful part of each evening. The foot massage therapist on the first floor was incredibly skilled – the pressure, the acupoints... ah, it was pure bliss! Fenghuang Ancient City is so beautiful. I will definitely bring my family and friends back, and I will definitely stay here again to let more people experience and enjoy this hotel. ❤️❤️❤️🎁🎁🎁

The room was clean and tidy, overlooking the Tuo River with a great view. There's also a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. It was very peaceful and comfortable, I highly recommend staying here! I've also included some photos of the view outside the room, both day and night.

Traveling to Fenghuang Ancient Town with my parents and child, we chose the family room at Suli Lianhua. Lily at the front desk was very thoughtful and helped us upgrade to a suite. The space was incredibly comfortable, and you could feel the attentiveness in every detail of their service. The heating was excellent, and the hot water supply was great. They also provided shuttle service to Hongqiao, which is a fantastic option for traveling with elderly family members in winter.

This hotel is perfectly situated right within the Fenghuang Ancient Town scenic area, offering a beautiful environment and incredible convenience for getting around and parking. The hotel's design is modern and innovative, with a distinct cultural flair. The rooms are very cozy and provide stunning front-row river views. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and their thoughtful, human-centered management really stands out. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located at the end of the river, so it takes a while to walk to the ancient town, or you can take a taxi. The staff are all very enthusiastic; before we went out, someone would introduce us to the surrounding attractions and the best photo spots. Although the hotel is newly opened, perhaps due to its wooden decor, it doesn't look as new as it could, but it's still considered a very good hotel in Fenghuang. The hotel has excellent views. They offer a convenient pickup service to Rainbow Bridge. The hotel also picked us up from the high-speed train station, and the driver who picked us up drove 105 km/h on a road with a 30 km/h speed limit!!
