Staying at this hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City was a fantastic choice, no regrets! The room decor was classic and felt authentically historic without being old-fashioned; it had a wonderful, antique charm. The service was incredibly thoughtful and the experience was great. The staff even helped carry our luggage up and down and enthusiastically explained routes around the ancient city. The location is excellent, very convenient, and close to the riverside. This stay was just perfect.

Really really impressive hotel! Super nice service. They upgraded us from a couple room to a suite! And when we gave feedback about some sound from. The Aircon it was fixed within the day while we were out Upon check out they gave us a gift!

The decor style is really unique, and the hotel overall exceeded my expectations. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The staff are friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the ancient city. The front desk service was fantastic, and the cleanliness was also good. They even upgraded us to a family room for free since we had a child, which was incredibly thoughtful. I heard this is considered one of the best hotels in the ancient city, and it's definitely worth it!
