This beautiful, comfortable and incredibly charming place is conveniently located within Fermo's walls. The staff anticipate you needs and make you feel at ease and welcomed. Just a cautionary advice: if you do not have European 101 driving skills, leave the car outside the walls (the streets are narrow, steep and you will have to maneuver within a couple of inches from other cars and stone walls).

Situato in centro storico in antico palazzo nobiliare. Difficoltà di parcheggio. Struttura molto antica e arredata con mobili antichi anche di pregio. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche revisione detto questo ambiente pulito e se volete affascinante è come fare un salto nel passato. Stanze ampie con soffitti pregiati bagni pure ampi. Colazione sufficiente. Prezzo equo.

È stato bellissimo dormire in queste camere che hanno visto la storia. Affrescate e curate in ogni dettaglio, Michele il proprietario gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare o a fornire consigli utili. Colazione buona con prodotti fatti in casa. Super consigliato.

La struttura è bellissima, in posizione centrale e comoda. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite bianca, bella e spaziosa. Anche gli ambienti comuni sono splendidi: stucchi, arredi, pavimenti antichi, è tutto bello ed elegante ma mai eccessivo. Il personale è stato cortese e professionale sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.

Un soggiorno da sogno all’interno di questo bellissimo palazzo storico. Camera molto pulita, buona colazione e personale cortese. Parcheggio un po’ scomodo (giustificato dal fatto che il BeB si trova in pieno centro storico) problema risolto brillantemente da Michele che ci ha fornito un pass. Consigliatissimo!!

ci siamo trovati molto bene, il palazzo è fanè ma proprio questo ne fa un posto romantico e delizioso. le camere sono spaziose e comode, arredate come potrebbero esserlo le case delle nonne. migliorerei la prima colazione, forse si sente la mancanza di una mano femminile !!!!!!!!!!

Palazzo del 1700 ben tenuto, siamo stati acconti da un signore molto gentile che ci ha mostrato le camere attinenti alle foto , molto belle e accoglienti, fuori dalla struttura eravamo già nel centro storico, posizione ottima per visitare la città, servizio colazione molto buono da provare
