Wonderful as usual Emele is always wonderful! She can remember any of the regular guests (I stay at least once a month or more), and that alone says a lot. Always a clean room, well maintained facilities

An unforeseen situation that happened in our home left us scrambling to find a pet friendly, nice hotel in a good location. Luckily, we were able to find this one with rooms available! Upon check in, the front desk employee was so polite and helpful. She asked which floor we preferred since we had two dogs and our small children. She also explained the amenities, including the breakfast bar in the morning. The room was extremely clean and comfortable for our little family. I loved the option of having a smart tv and being able to log into Disney+ for our little ones. The in room kitchen is absolutely better than any I have seen in a standard hotel. The breakfast bar was clean and remained filled with food while we were downstairs. All the employees were so nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!

EXCEPTIONAL STAY (with their minimal flaws)!! From the moment of check-in, through check-out, the staff was always welcoming; friendly, and there for us. The experience definitely does deserve an EXCEPTIONAL rating. Only improvement(s) that we could suggest would be (1) improve the breakfast food quality and extend the hours of operation by, at least, 30-minutes. If check out time is 11AM then the breakfast should be until around the same time, and not the current 9AM. Also the food was honestly awful. Apples were the only fruits; the (so-called) crisp bacon was hot, but constantly soggy and greasy; the pastries were limited to only a pre-packaged muffin. Finally, the pillows in the room have "0" firmness. Even using three of them provided little, if any, support. The bathroom towels were the opposite - rough and hard. Aside from these comments we would, still, return to this site in the future because of the sincere care, and kindness, of the staff plus overall cleanliness and comfort.
