We have attempted to supply you with all you need for a fabulous stay on our lovely island. Our condo is tastefully decorated and boasts bleached maple hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms with sea foam green ceramic tile in the kitchen to give it a real beach feeling. Beautiful lighting throughout with top-notch ceiling fans in both bedrooms and on the screened-in lanai. Our place offers a host of amenities including tennis racquets and pool noodles for the little ones. We have included 4+ beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a handy cooler with large wheels makes it a breeze to get your cold beverages and snacks onto the beach. There are several fine and family-style restaurants on the beach or within a short walking distance from both the beach and the condo, as well as a fabulous ice cream shack. There is a surf shop and a beach/bike rental shop across the street from the beach. The kitchen has spectacular all solid wood maple shaker style cabinets and is fully stocked including everything you would expect including a coffee maker, basic cooking pots & pans and of course dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, flatware, and baking pans. The condo is elevated five steps from ground level and does not have a ramp (it is NOT handicap accessible). Amelia Landings is a pet-free community so no pets are allowed on the premises.
