Atendimento excelente. Lugar com uma energia incrível. O quarto feminino é confortável, sem tirar a privacidade individual. A porta do box do banheiro não fecha para tomar banho e não disponibilizam toalha para secar os pés, então o banheiro fica nojento. Não tem controle sobre quem entra e quem sai, então ficam no quarto uma quantidade enorme de toalhas sujas de outros hóspedes que já se foram e ninguém tira de lá.

Hostel in a good location, easy access to any part of the island. Staff always helpful and an impeccable breakfast made by Robson. Not to mention that there is always an employee ready to help with tours and making recommendations. The place has an incredible vibe. It's very worth it.

I honestly can't understand anyone who gives this guesthouse a good rating. Very bad rooms, almost non-existent cleaning. We arrived at 3pm and waited over an hour for an employee to show up to check in. You can hear everything from the room, there is no sound insulation. The first morning I went to breakfast and there was an employee applying SPB to all the food, cheese bread, cold cuts, fruit, everything. I had never seen this before, lol, surreal My joy was that I only had two days there, then it was 5 days in another inn. I tried to spend as much time as possible away from the inn… It must be the worst in Noronha…

The hotel's structure is very nice and the decor is also nice, although the entrance is not very attractive. We stayed in a very spacious private room, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The bathroom has a great shower and has a shampoo and soap dispenser, as well as a hairdryer. The minibar, however, did not have any items, not even water. During the night we had to ask a neighbor to give us a bottle. The breakfast is very complete and there is always a staff member making tapioca and omelets of your choice, which are very good by the way! I enjoyed the breakfast. I didn't like the lack of organization and sensitivity of the management, the cleanliness of the shared bathroom was insufficient for the demand. There were no minibar items for sale. The umbrellas were very precarious, there was a smell of human feces around the deck, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi wasn't working either. The bathroom didn't have any support for bathing (towels, clothes, soap, shampoo, creams, etc.). There were frogs under the sofa in the living room. The lighting in the outside area was poor. The hostel could only be accessed by boat, because walking was practically an adventure, with lots of mud. There was no one on site to support the guests and it was far from Noronha, although it was about 20 minutes on foot.
