"The room is decorated in a modern style and is clean and tidy. The location is very good, in the service area, next to McDonald's, and there is Costa at the front desk of the hotel. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the air conditioner in the room has a constant temperature setting. It's a bit noisy and the temperature is a bit low. The air conditioner is controlled by the front desk. The automatic mode of the air conditioner in the small room keeps blowing cool air. I went to the front desk to adjust it in the middle of the night. The front desk was very nice. Helped adjust the heating mode. But the overall temperature at night is not too high"

"My Wife And I Had a great stay we were welcomed by Sue who was on the desk, the desk reception staff were fantastic people and we would like to thank Sue, Viv, John all of them made our stay. They all gave us places to visit which we did and had great fun and enjoyed every mimute. The room was very clean and everthing worked as it should it was also very quite, there was a fan to help with the very hot weather, only niggle there isn't any aircon and only one fan per room allowance. Very Quite Hotel no noise. Excellent Value. Very Clean. Very well situated for visits to Kynren theme park, Beamish, Durham, Bishop-Akland. Highly recomended this PREMIRE INN. All Staff were exemplary in help and manners."
