"Spotless room and bedding. Very quiet area about 500yds from a lovely sandy cove . The hotel in our opinion doesn't cater well for UK holiday makers . Signage throughout the hotel has got very little English on them . We went on a half board basis and were so disappointed in the selection at both breakfast and dinner . Once again we felt they were aiming for the Spanish and Italian custom . I personally have never eaten so much salad because the choice was so poor . Would I go back to this area ? Yes . Would i go back to or recommend Hotel Alone to friends ? Definitely not. This is only our opinion as a couple from the UK ."

" My wife and I have just been at Hotel Tropic Relax for 2 weeks this September 2023 and it was great . The staff was excellent Angela, Christena, Deago, and Mara were outstanding. They all help to make our stay as friendly and comfortable as could be. The food was great and the chefs made sure they had a good variety of different dishes each night. There was Entertainment each night with different shows. The sound of the waterfall was a plus and the peace and quiet after midnight was perfect for a good night's sleep. We had room 411 on the 4th floor nice and quiet. We will definitely be coming back to this gem of a hotel. It is about a 15-minute walk to the lovely beach. "

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Firstly this is an events venue. We know that now but we booked it for a relaxing 3 nights @ 500 euro's as it looked really nice. The Suite was really nice BUT the venue books out day rooms - in our case it was a brash, loud male Photograher, his female assistant and his female model. The Hotel allowed them to use the rooms either side of us - this led to noise, distraction and nothing like the relaxing break we had planned. We complained - but this was ongoing, with the crew turning up at 9am the followind day. My Tip to the Management is - make your mind up - do you want to be a classy Hotel, or book rooms by the day. A disgrace, what a waste of an excellent venue. Also how they have the nerve to include " Restaurante " in their title is absurd. Shocking experience - never to be repeated. I always try and give a favourable and fair review but honestly - if they continue to ignore the peace and tranquility of paying guests they do so at their peril. This place needs Professional Management."

"My stay at these apartments was an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. From reception, the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay perfect. The apartments themselves are simply stunning. The cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable, which is something I truly value when I'm away from home. The layout of the space is very comfortable and functional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another plus. Being close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops made our daily life much easier. Additionally, the quiet neighborhood allowed us to fully rest and relax during our stay. I can't help but mention the additional facilities these apartments offer. From the pool to the recreational areas, everything is designed to provide a complete experience for guests. In short, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience during their trip. I will definitely return on my next trip to the city."

"The hotel do not communicate, and after advising before the date that a member was rushed into hospital with kidney failure, the hotel is not responding to a new date that I was promised could be done. Both the booking agent have been ringing and sending emails,but they have not responded since taking my money under false pretences. I am going down the legal route no. It's common knowledge that communication is very important when running a business."
