"The hotel is ok,the food is basic the only decent food here is the breakfast, there's no entertainment for children here we stayed for a week and every night it was flamenco or ball room dancing for the elderly people which seemed to be most of the guests here, the area around the hotel is OK with a few shops but not many stay open later than 6.i wouldn't recommend to families"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Firstly this is an events venue. We know that now but we booked it for a relaxing 3 nights @ 500 euro's as it looked really nice. The Suite was really nice BUT the venue books out day rooms - in our case it was a brash, loud male Photograher, his female assistant and his female model. The Hotel allowed them to use the rooms either side of us - this led to noise, distraction and nothing like the relaxing break we had planned. We complained - but this was ongoing, with the crew turning up at 9am the followind day. My Tip to the Management is - make your mind up - do you want to be a classy Hotel, or book rooms by the day. A disgrace, what a waste of an excellent venue. Also how they have the nerve to include " Restaurante " in their title is absurd. Shocking experience - never to be repeated. I always try and give a favourable and fair review but honestly - if they continue to ignore the peace and tranquility of paying guests they do so at their peril. This place needs Professional Management."

"booked this apartment for a few days whilst on a business trip and was absolutely amazed with what we were offered. Very large with 2 big bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large lounge with huge tv, dining area and kitchen fully equipped including washing machine. Very well furnished and tastefully decorated . Meals were taken outside on the very large equipped balcony offering great views. There were sauna , jacuzzi and swimming pool available and beach and bars all within short walking distance."

"Killed huge 3 cockroaches during a 5 day stay. They advertise on different sites without stating this is an apart-motel at inflated prices 3-4 times of the surrounding areas. Do NOT be fooled. This is an aging motel with an extremely small pool & it is cockroach infested. The place itself is a total utter dump. The only reason they fool guests is by not mentioning the business name. ( so you get tricked into thinking this is not a motel) The place itself is a few miles from Poniente Beach. The only restaurant in the surrounding areas belongs to this motel & the food is repulsive. Come at your own risk."

"I'll start by saying that Benidorm is gorgeous, very tall buildings, the beach is gorgeous. We visited Terra Natura and Aqualandia, I recommend them both, it was wonderful, the children's joy and ours. The hotel is a 3-star hotel, very friendly staff. Clean rooms, we with 2 children were accommodated in a room with a bunk bed, plasma TV, large balcony, cleaning is done daily, large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel has a swimming pool, but you can also use the pool at Hotel Alone, which is right across the street, which also has a slide for children, a small pool for children and adults, enough sunbeds. The full board meal includes 3 Swedish buffet meals. Breakfast includes eggs, sausages, cereals, coffee, juice, water, fruit, ice cream, salads. Breakfast and dinner: creamy soups, fried potatoes, traditional dishes, fruits, ice cream, desserts. I mention that drinks of any kind are not included at the table except at breakfast, otherwise you can buy them from the bar, a water for 0.50 is 1.20 euros, wine, juices, if you buy a bottle of wine and not you eat it at one meal, it goes back to the bar where it is kept cold and you can ask for it at the next meal. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away Every day at the pool there is animation, gymnastics, water polo, football (the hotel also has a football field) Evening disco for children, dance lessons, magic shows, clowns. We liked it very much and I recommend this hotel, it is a good value-for-money hotel"
