"The hotel is ok,the food is basic the only decent food here is the breakfast, there's no entertainment for children here we stayed for a week and every night it was flamenco or ball room dancing for the elderly people which seemed to be most of the guests here, the area around the hotel is OK with a few shops but not many stay open later than 6.i wouldn't recommend to families"

"We had a sea-facing junior suite. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely spacious room and sitting area. Huge emperor size bed! Balcony had two loungers as well as a table and two chairs. Spectacular power shower! Excellent buffet both at breakfast and dinner. Different themes each night but always a big variety. The staff in the restaurant were unfailingly helpful despite working under stressful conditions at times. Room staff, housekeeping staff, reception and porters were all excellent."

"Killed huge 3 cockroaches during a 5 day stay. They advertise on different sites without stating this is an apart-motel at inflated prices 3-4 times of the surrounding areas. Do NOT be fooled. This is an aging motel with an extremely small pool & it is cockroach infested. The place itself is a total utter dump. The only reason they fool guests is by not mentioning the business name. ( so you get tricked into thinking this is not a motel) The place itself is a few miles from Poniente Beach. The only restaurant in the surrounding areas belongs to this motel & the food is repulsive. Come at your own risk."

"We have been there for 8 days, and it has been fantastic from the girls in the cafeteria, the guys in the dining room, reception, all of them charming, and without a bad gesture towards the clients, the varied buffet and what was very well cooked, the fruit and desserts great, I would take one away from many 4-star hotels but I would put it on this one without hesitation"
