Extremely unhygienic and wrong room type! This stay was an absolute nightmare. Do NOT stay here! Honestly, we barely survived one night in this place. First off, we booked a King bed, but when we got to the room, it was two single beds with a table awkwardly placed in between them. The entire room was incredibly old, rundown, and had a severe ant infestation. The whole bathroom was crawling with ants; I must have killed at least 20 just around the sink, but they kept reappearing endlessly. Even more ridiculous, there was absolutely no hot water. After showering for just 5 minutes, the water turned completely cold—and the staff didn't mention a single word about this when we checked in! After showering, I stepped out to find another swarm of ants all over the floor. The whole experience was utterly disgusting and miserable. My friend also booked a one-bedroom unit, and the hygiene issues were just as bad, with dust everywhere and a non-functional washing machine. By the next morning, we didn't want to stay a moment longer and immediately checked out. Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs!

Staffs were super friendly, best breakfast menu and bed and pillow were so comfy. Love this place, will definitely stay again.

Breakfast arrangement is a mess. There’s another business group occupying the breakfast room and we are asked sit outside in a bar. Beffet Breakfast was included in our booking but we were only asked to order sandwiches and drink in the bar area. And more surprisingly they charged our breakfast in our hotel bill. After lengthy argument they eventually refunded our breakfast. The manager was helpful but the attitude of the waitress were poor.

Great little units. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining was the most impressive part, very high quality and surprisingly delicious and filling. Great place to stay if you have a hot springs booking with his minutes away. We will be returning again.

So close to the Peninsula Hot Springs! A nice getaway from the city life.

Cheap, clean rooms, good service, convenient, and efficient.

Very clean and spacious. Perfect accommodation for golf, hot springs, horse ride, beach. Only downsides are the soft/unsupportive pillows and mattress, as well as the weak hair dryer.
