The service desk is very friendly.
The room is okay for 2 but may get space constraints if you have too many luggages. The bathroom shower area is a challenge.

We were guests of Ferrari. So a 1 night stay only. Our room was kind of OK, not very big, but adequate. Windows are small. The cleaning standards are high and everything worked. Confusing light switches. Whats the matter with hotel designers who sacrifice simple functionality? Just label them please. Good shower, but no door. So go easy. Really helpful staff quickly got us 2 soft feather pillows. Very good breakfast and service. You will enjoy the choice. Sadly no fresh orange juice, despite it being Italy. Huge supermarket across the road, very convenient.

Nice location. Hotel rooms are extremely small and not for people with suitcase's. Bathroom shower has no door and the water goes everywhere. Staff was not accommodating and would rather start with a no than listen to the entire question. Charged us for a taxi that showed up late. We moved hotels.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. Plenty of onsite parking. Check in was smooth and efficient with all general facility information explained in detail. All staff showed a good grasp of English. Room was modern, clean and comfy. High pressure shower and plenty of hot water, with a good selection of toiletries provided compliementary. Wi-Fi was strong enough to host video calls and stream movie services.

I was with my husband this holidays and is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is the best breakfast that I had in a long time by far, and the gym is georgious. The bed was so comfy and the room is very good too. If you go to Modena, is a must! Thanks a lot!

Elegant hotel, restaurants delicious, excellent service. The motif was a bit dim- grays on walls, flooring, but subdued and tasteful. Breakfast was high quality, well prepared. Would definitely stay again
