I love this place as it is seems quite and about 500m from Fira city center and bus station. Prior to my arrival I was not informed by the hotel property regarding self check in service and I was lost for a little while, as the property that I book is Hillside Elegance but the outside door mentioned Hillsuites. I contacted property by WhatsApp and everything is settled after that. Room was cozy and cleaned daily. Breakfast is upon order by the property.

Good: The room was spacious with a beautiful view, including a terrace with views of the full moon and sunrise. The staff were very responsible and kind. Improvements: The bathroom lighting was insufficient, making it very dark at night. The shower area was also very cramped. There was only one folding chair available in the room.

The friendly staff made my stay comfortable. The room was also in excellent condition. The breakfast was also, of course, satisfactory. This hotel offered the best value for money.

Great room, kind staff, good location. Would stay here again. The breakfast was lovely as well. Only con was that the hand soap in the bathroom was running on empty and the bathroom itself smelled of mold.

We had a great stay. Bed was super comfy. The breakfast was fab. Only complaint would be the small shower but we adapted. Highly recommend this spot!
