Room was deluxe. I would recommend paying the price. View was astounding. Food delicious. Close walk to heart of town. Tiny elevator. Difficult to get bags up the hill to The hotel. If your are claustrophobic this might not be for you. Staff was lovely and helpful.

My partner and I stayed at San Giorgio... everything was very nice, well set up, but the details are missing. The structure is large, but some dead corners and dated details. The structure needs to be reviewed a bit, and also the entrance to a sad four-star hotel, without much care for the greenery, but not abandoned. The rooms were nice, in the fridge, just the water, I expected something more, and the bathroom was not very clean, the mirror, the taps, but overall quite good, and the spa was nice, well-kept, well-divided, and the employees were nice and kind, and as a rabbit, something nicer than the usual crisps and peanuts, thanks to everyone.

Booked at the end of December to spend Valentine's Day and the next day in this hotel!!! Booked a superior room they gave me room 418 very large but furnished in 90's style bathroom with the old external cistern that when you flushed it rained on you!!!! Do we want to talk about the heating an old wall air conditioner!!! I could go on but I'll leave you to imagine. Days at the spa felt like being in the square at a village festival, this does not depend 100% on the structure but I would send certain people away. The restaurant of the structure is average nothing exceptional also a bit of confusion in the service. Another sore point we are in a hotel with a spa, on the sheet they leave you in the room it was written that you could only access the restaurant in a bathrobe at lunch, when we go down for lunch they do not let us sit in the restaurant room but in the one where they have breakfast truly an unreal situation. The only positive note is the chambermaid a truly kind lady who knows how to do her job very well. In short for what I spent two stars I was good.

Ottimo hotel per ciò che riguarda il personale che vi lavora, tutti indistintamente gentili, disponibili e cordiali.Ho segnalato alcune mancanze; problemi di illuminazione nella camera, flusso dell'acqua della doccia insufficente, primi patti della cena tiepidi. Ebbene devo dire che c'è sempre stata la dispnibilità a porre pronto rimedio alle mancanze segnalate.Il costo della camera con prima colazione inclusa e 3 ore di SPA è ottimo. La prima colazione non avrà una grande scelta ma comunque non manca niente nè per il dolce nè per il salato e i prodotti proposti sono di qualità.Probabilmente per la cena si dovrebbe dare la possibilità di scelta per il secondo piatto perchè da menù del giono c'è solo una possibilità.La SPA è bella e non è mai troppo affollata, personale gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e lo stesso per le aree comuni. Consigliato

Le 5 stelle vanno alle terme, molto belle e percorsi sensazionali. Varie aree relax con lettini ad acqua, bella anche la parte delle tisane, siamo state molto bene, buono il cibo, buona la colazione a buffet inclusa nel pacchetto. Piacevole fine settimana.
