It is very difficult to review Italian hotel rooms. They are more expensive, with less amenities than most other places on earth. That being said, this place is better than the Italian average.

Very nice place to stay at the calm and peaceful location, especially if you arrived to Fiumicino Airport after a long-time flight and want to take a rest before you will continue your trip. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment, same as the grocery store. Airport is in 7km, 35 Euro and 15-20 minutes by taxi (June 2025, fixed price at the airport taxi point). Room was clean, a/c worked properly. Tasty breakfst will present you a good beginning of your new day. Mucho grazie to the owners!

This is very clean friendly hotel. It takes only 15min to airport. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay near airport.

Very friendly staff! They offered to wait for me to check in while I was driving from the airport! Clean, cozy, charming courtyard inside, where you want to spend time, since there are very few leisure activities in the city. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop to the airport/Rome is about 15 minutes on foot. Breakfast was Italian style - lots of sweets and pastries, boiled eggs, sausages, cheese. I liked everything, thank you very much for the warm welcome and comfort!

The room was very clean. The front desk service was good. They were always there even late at night and were very attentive to instructions on how to unlock the door. It's very close to the beach. If you have an overnight flight, you can arrive the night before and take a walk on the beach the next day. The scenery is beautiful and the beach is only a four-minute walk away. The downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit limited, but considering the location is quite remote, it's acceptable. Overall, it's a good stay.

We arrived late, and the hotel waiter kept waiting. When he learned that we had to get up early the next day to catch a flight, he brought us breakfast in advance and took us to the room. The hotel is relatively clean and safe, with parking available, and is close to the airport.

Because I decided to come to Rome at the last minute, the hotel was super expensive. Because the minimum cost of a taxi to this hotel is 20 euros one way, and I had to take two Ubers from the airport. All my attempts to come to the hotel were canceled without mercy! It was very frustrating, so I queued up for a taxi again, but finally I got in line and was told that those buses only go to Rome. If you don't go to this place, you need to take another taxi opposite. You need to negotiate the price yourself. The hotel staff can help you call the taxi to the airport the next day. It's quite reliable. The hotel is about one kilometer away from the sea and beach. Damn it, if you have time
