"The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of the starjet chair lift (albeit uphill!). Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the spa area is great. The hotel has a ski room downstairs and there is a ski hire shop next door."

"During my stay in Flachau, I stopped by Dips & Drops a few times for coffee, a couple of times for lunch and on my last night in Flachau, drinks before bidding the place goodbye. What left a very strong and good impression on me was the people. During the day, I got to know Vedran and Julio, both were so friendly and helpful I found myself returning to the same place almost every other day. On the last day, I got to know Marie who recommended all my drinks that night - they were excellent recommendations. Vedran, Julio and Marie are such lovely folks I feel they really made a difference to the place. Would definitely drop by again the next time I visit Austria!"

"We stayed at the hotel, and it is lovely and definitely suitable for families with young children. Great attention is given to all the small details to make it child-friendly: a baby sterilizer and Gerber baby food are available. There are two playrooms for children (according to age), open throughout the day, with plenty of varied games. During the day, there are activities for kids without the need for parents presence, with a daily program that changes (planned a week in advance). In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor playground that my children really enjoyed. The food offered in the dining room is varied and changes daily. The staff is kind and attentive. The hotel has both an outdoor parking area and an underground garage, both very well organized. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and pleasant, each with its own balcony equipped with a table, chairs, and even a clothesline."
