Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff-West/Nau

The location of the hotel is OK, eating and shopping are very convenient, not far from the highway, and the facilities are relatively new. I just encountered an episode: the customer service staff at the front desk wrote the wrong room number of the key card. After going upstairs, they went to visit someone else's room. It happened that the authentic tenant came back, which was very embarrassing. I don't know what the front desk customer service thinks when writing the room number.

The people at the front desk were kind and nice. The hair dryer was broken and didn't work. I had a hair dryer brought to me. Broken hair dryer lasts until second day It was left behind! Is this an issue with the cleaning staff?

Environment: The town has a good environment, with Wal-Mart nearby. There is infrastructure project behind the hotel, and it will be a bit noisy in the morning. Facilities: Very general, breakfast bar is under renovation. The swimming pool is not open in April and the hot pool is open. Service: Basically no. There is no paper towel and no extra. I went to the front desk to ask for a box. There is only 1 hanger in the cabinet. Hygiene: Generally. In short, the victory is cheap.

The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.

Service was great. Madison, the front desk manager was especially responsive and considerate. I had to move rooms as being near the laundry room was a bit noisy with people going in and out and slamming the door inconsiderately. Also, the sockets on the base of the lamps did not work and were dangerously loose with the potential of a short circuit occurring. I wouldn’t plug my tech gear in those sockets.

Opposite the hotel, there is a golf course in a good environment. The American style of breakfast is quite limited, and there are no waffles that I love. There are eight rows of exits in the second room, so the closure is not too strong and it always feels less secure. The hotel should be a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the maintenance is not bad. Overall, OK.
