The room is large, and the ventilation system is good. The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station. However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy. It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!

Very good hotel ~ Located near the main train station, but the check-in process is a bit troublesome...

This is not a hotel, but a hostel. The only plus is the location. The minuses: 1. The price is clearly too high 2. Terrible check-in while waiting. First you wait for the door to be opened for you. Then the torment with this smart lock. And they don't really explain anything. They don't care about you 3. The amenities are in the next room, and the door that closes constantly got stuck and there was a risk of not getting out of there. It seems like they still cleaned the bathroom. 4. They didn't take the trash out of the room at all. 5. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room. It's better to choose a hotel further away, but with amenities and it will be cheaper. And it will be a hotel, not a hostel

The truth is that it has nothing to do with the photos that it shows and the facilities, at no time does it clarify that the bathroom is shared. They could put another system for when people want to enter the room! For the price it has, there are surely many more and better conditions.

It was very difficult to get in, there was no front desk, and it was clearly written that the front desk could speak French, but she didn't speak it, and the toilet was shared and there was no way to wash hands in the room, which was very inconvenient, but fortunately the room was clean.

Host was courteous and very hospitable. Place felt like home away from home. Pristine clean and exactly as described in photos. It was really Very spacious and lot of storage space available. I recommend this property to every traveller travelling to Florence.

The room was nice but we found it confusing to get into the building with multiple keys and codes. Location was perfect for the train station but was far from everything else. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was nice but bathroom was okay.

he bad was very small for the two of us. The radiator was broken in the room and upon complaining it was told that it runs on automatically if the temperature drops drastically, however the radiator in the hallway was running. There was no proper room service also.

Great hotel! This hotel doesn’t have many reviews however we really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location, ten minutes walk from the train station and just a short walk to the centre of Florence. It’s local, the room was quiet and really clean bedroom/ toilet. Easy check in too.
