The hotel is in the center of town. So nice to have a short walk to the domo, Uffitzi and the Academia. The room was really nice! I would definitely come back again.

Good location for shopping, visiting museums. We were able to give good breaks when we were tired during the day and easily continue our sightseeing

The room definitely had some charm to it, but it also had a very strong odor from the bathroom. I think when they were cleaning the bathrooms, they didn’t use clean water when mopping the floor floors so it smelt musky. We were only there one night so we just kept the bathroom door closed. I did, however, love the location in the charm of the room.

Location of this apartment/hotel was great, if a little tricky to find because it's just a door in the city. Rooms were a little old and could use some refurbishing, but it is a historic building in the center of a historic city. I would stay here again, especially considering the affordability

We had a fantastic stay at this property during our 4 days in Florence. The location can't be beat! Air conditioning worked well, amenities were great. A surprisingly spacious room and bathroom as far as European standards are concerned. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues, there are 1.5 flights or steep stairs to enter the main level of the property, from there you can use an elevator to reach the rooms on upper floors. The front desk staff is only there 9-5, and the lovely man was kind enough to help bring our luggage upstairs for us. However, if you have mobility issues or arrive outside of the staffing hours it may be challenging for you. We loved our stay, and were beyond impressed with the amenities, cleanliness, and hospitality. 100% recommend to anyone staying in Florence!

It’s a much older building the room was clean so were the bathrooms. Very centrally located so that was nice. The decor was a bit old. The only thing that wasn’t great was getting my luggage up the narrow stairs.
