W Florence

The facilities are very new, and it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. We arrived early and they still processed our check-in ahead of time. The bellhops were incredibly friendly! When we checked out, they even asked if we wanted to take a bottle of water with us. The breakfast was also excellent, and the breakfast restaurant's reception always arranged for us to sit by the window, so we could enjoy the view while eating. Overall, it's very good value for money. If I come to Florence again, I'll definitely choose this place.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the city center and numerous popular attractions. Its proximity to the train station is a huge plus for travelers, offering fantastic transport links. I particularly recommend the hotel's rooftop bar; the sunset views from there are absolutely stunning and definitely worth enjoying with a drink – the atmosphere is superb. Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good, including a gym and a sauna. However, there were a couple of minor downsides during my stay: * **Small room size:** Once luggage was opened, the room felt a bit cramped. * **Inconvenient sauna use:** When we wanted to use the sauna, the equipment was turned off. We had to specifically inform the front desk to switch it on, and then wait for it to heat up, which was quite inconvenient. I suggest the hotel could improve the regular operation of this facility. Overall, the transport and views here are outstanding, but there's still room for improvement regarding service details and room space.

Located in the heart of Florence's old town, this hotel is brand new both inside and out. I highly recommend it, especially opting for breakfast when you book. Their breakfast is absolutely delicious!

I found this hotel's location to be quite convenient, and the rooftop offers a great view of the church. It's also not too far to walk to the tourist attractions, so it wasn't too strenuous.

I checked in on my birthday, and they surprised me with champagne 🥂 and a cake 🍰. Sometimes hotels just win you over with these little, thoughtful details. Even though I paid a hefty €110 for parking, it doesn't stop me from giving you five stars! 👍

The advantage is its proximity to the train station, and you can see the Frauenkirche right from the window – the location is unbeatable. However, housekeeping always comes around lunchtime or later, which feels a bit too late, doesn't it? Everything else was pretty standard.
