Cons: The front desk staff lacked professionalism. During check-in, they charged us an additional fee on top of the city tax, claiming it was for drinks and snacks in the room, which would be refunded if unused. However, on the day of check-out, our credit card was charged another 90 euros by the hotel. When we asked the same front desk staff member, they said the platform charges 90%, and we needed to pay the remaining 10% on site, which is why the charge was made??? Later, a manager was called, and after much back-and-forth, they finally admitted it was a system error! The staff was extremely unprofessional, saying one thing one minute and another the next. The claim about paying the 10% difference seemed completely fabricated! I will not consider or recommend this hotel again!! Pros: The hotel's location is about 15-20 minutes from the station, which is acceptable, but the area is quite quiet. The room was spacious, which is a definite plus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The coffee shop downstairs was also amazing! It's super close to the station and all the main attractions. Highly recommend! 👍👍

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the dedicated airport shuttle stop and 5 minutes from the canal. It's about a 15-minute walk to the old town. The hotel itself is very new, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job every day, and there's a laundry room available. I later found out it's part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts group, which is a nice bonus. While you might think it's a bit far from the old town, the price and room size definitely make it worth it. Plus, the cafe next door, which is a popular spot, offers a 10% discount on breakfast for hotel guests and serves delicious food.

This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in several European countries. The facilities and decor are absolutely five-star quality. The hotel has security, so it feels very safe at night. The room is exceptionally large and even has a balcony where you can watch the sunset. The hotel's signature scent is also very pleasant. Highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is decent. The room size is quite spacious, and it comes with a basic kitchenette. However, I found it a bit odd that the hotel lobby doesn't offer drinking water. Also, parking at 40 Euros per night is way too expensive.

Florence | An apartment to slow down your trip 🚄 Traveled from Rome by train, and the hotel is a 15-minute walk from the station. 🏠 The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with new facilities. For summer, it offers great value for money. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, so we bought groceries nearby and enjoyed a rare opportunity to cook during our trip; it also took care of breakfast. ⛲️ The apartment is a bit of a distance from the attractions, but still within walking distance. It's a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Looking forward to returning to Florence.

This hotel exceeded my expectations; it was arguably the one I was most looking forward to in Florence. It's an apartment-style hotel, and the balcony actually has a bit of a French feel to it. The service was excellent too. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, truly a 5-star apartment hotel. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it's a pleasant stroll along the river. The hotel is very new, and the room facilities and decor are stylish and elegant. It not only has a small kitchen but also a balcony with a distant view. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, and the overall environment is very comfortable and refined. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. Our luggage was delayed by KLM for two days, and the front desk helped us receive it and deliver it to our room. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful 4 nights in Florence and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.
