Grand Hotel Baglioni

The room really shows its age; the floorboards creak with every step. The velvet stool is so worn you can barely make out its original color. The toilet was the most uncomfortable part of the trip, as flushing seemed to be an issue. The bathroom was incredibly slippery, and the hand soap dispenser was broken. The only upside might be that the restaurant is genuinely beautiful.

Another amazing stay! The location is super convenient, and the hotel has a charming, vintage feel – it's old but absolutely clean and odor-free. The service was thoughtful, detailed, and attentive. When we had issues with the beds and a leaky faucet in both our rooms, they promptly and quickly moved us to new ones. Before check-out, they even prepared sweets and a farewell letter. The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. Plus, you get great views from the platform. Highly recommend!

We were upgraded to a suite, so I didn't get to experience the family room. I had initially considered the family room for its more spacious layout. Personally, I think if you're traveling with family and don't mind a lack of relative privacy for each family member, a family room is still a good choice. The hotel is very close to the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The overall style is beautiful and elegant, making it a highly recommended hotel.

The hotel is right outside the train station. It's over a hundred years old, and staying there felt like stepping back into the Middle Ages, which was a very unique experience. The facilities are a bit old but quite clean, and the minibar drinks are free. It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of red wine, which was a nice touch. The restaurant offers a great view of the Duomo.

This hotel is great value for money! It's beautiful and only a few minutes' walk from the train station, plus it's pretty close to the attractions. Breakfast is served on the top floor, and watching the Duomo from there is absolutely stunning! The room facilities are also excellent!

Absolutely stunning! No wonder so many people recommend this place online. I was a bit worried from other photos that the lighting might be dim, but we got a room directly facing the church. Even though the window was small, the view was absolutely incredible. The hotel interior also looks very luxurious, naturally in dark grey tones, but it doesn't feel at all gloomy. Overall, the hotel is quite clean, and most importantly, the breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. We didn't have much of an appetite that day, otherwise, I think it would have been as good as dining in a restaurant. It was just amazing! The front desk staff were also very professional, offering service with a smile, and there's a complimentary minibar. Awesome!
