The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini

The hotel exudes a charming Renaissance town atmosphere, and the hygiene is impeccable. The breakfast quality is also very good. It's easy to explore Florence's Old Town on foot from the hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I highly recommend this hotel! It's almost perfect! First, let's talk about the super convenient location. You can take the T2 tram two stops directly from Central Station to the hotel entrance. Most major attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away, passing by many restaurants and shops. What's most worth mentioning are the service facilities. They offer free washing machines, dryers, and irons. All essential living facilities are just right, and there's a communal kitchen and many free activity experiences. The rooms have capsule coffee machines and are well-stocked with amenities. It's like a small community in a serviced apartment style. The rooftop pool offers an unbeatable view, directly facing the dome of the Duomo.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The rooftop pool, bar, gym, and views were absolutely stunning, far surpassing those from Piazzale Michelangelo. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation. I booked it for around 1200, which is incredible value for money. It's also very close to the station, so you can easily walk or take public transport. Overall, I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, especially for those traveling by train from Rome. There were complimentary water and snacks in the room, and daily housekeeping was provided. While some power outlets didn't work, I was otherwise satisfied. All the tourist attractions were within walking distance.

I booked this hotel because of the pool in the pictures, but the hotel's layout is terrible. It's made up of four connected buildings, and the whole place is a confusing maze. It took me 20 minutes just to find my room. If there were a fire, the consequences would be severe, especially since the windows don't open! In the middle of the night, too many guests used electricity, causing the AC to cut out. My room felt like an oven. The hotel moved me to a cheaper, smaller room and only offered a 'Sorry.' I even had to call Trip.com myself because the front desk offered no compensation. A big thank you to Trip.com for their enthusiastic help and for alleviating my anger. When traveling abroad, we Chinese must book through Trip.com; Agoda and *********** are not *yours*. The TV remote was also broken, and the AC in the new room wasn't cold either. I wish the owner of this hotel a prosperous business... P.S. After all the hassle, I didn't even get to use the hotel pool before checking out.
