The location is fantastic, right in the city center. You can walk to major attractions like the Duomo, Santa Maria Novella train station, and Uffizi Gallery all within 10 minutes. The hotel's security is also excellent; you need to use your room key to enter the lobby. Plus, they offer unlimited free bottled water. The only area for improvement is the breakfast. The selection and quality were just average, which is a bit disappointing for such an expensive hotel.

Great location, all the sights are within walking distance. It was hot, and the hotel thoughtfully provided unlimited free bottled water, which was a nice touch. The room was a bit small, making it difficult to open two large suitcases. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it didn't change much over a few days.

This hotel is terribly managed. There's no parking, and they don't offer valet service. We went for breakfast for half an hour and came back to find someone doing construction in our room, even though we hadn't checked out yet! Our luggage, wallet, and card holder were all on the table in the room, so our safety and belongings were completely compromised! When we tried to communicate with the worker, he claimed he didn't understand English and refused to talk, continuing his work.

I was disappointed with the B&B I had booked, so I spontaneously decided to stay at this hotel the night before. It exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was fantastic, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the environment was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

We walked directly from the train station to the hotel, and it wasn't far at all. The hotel is very close to the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), to the point where you can see it as soon as you step outside. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. You need to use a key card to enter the hotel lobby, and the area feels quite safe. Florence isn't a very large city, so most major attractions are within walking distance. The downside is that the room was a bit small; we could only keep our suitcase by the door and couldn't leave it fully open. Breakfast was pretty standard: bread, bacon, yogurt, milk, and juice.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. It's also close to the attractions, within walking distance. The overall service was great, and the front desk staff were very polite, greeting us every time we entered and exited, which was very pleasant. There are also plenty of convenience stores, Starbucks, and restaurants nearby. The only downside is that parking is difficult.

The facilities are a bit old, and you might get a room facing the stairwell... but the service is decent, and the location is good.

Temporary parking is available right outside the entrance. The hotel facilities are old but simple and practical. The air conditioning works, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The small cafe next door serves delicious and cheap breakfast! A glass of orange juice there genuinely tastes like it's made from five oranges, it's fantastic!
