Hotel service was very good! The team working in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious!!

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of most attractions. The room was exceptionally clean, and the employees were very responsive. There are some great restaurants, like MIRO, just minutes away. I will definitely be back!

The room was simply furnished, but very clean and tidy. Everything you need is provided, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel offers paid parking and valet parking, which is very convenient. Just follow the directions provided by the hotel to the ZTL. The dome you see from the balcony is probably the Medici Chapel (?), but I'm not sure. Overall, it's very good.

This hotel has a sense of history and art. The breakfast is good and the service is friendly. It is right next to the subway station and not far from the train station. It is very convenient in all aspects.

The garden view room is really nice, with a large space and a spacious bathroom. The standard room is really small and the layout is also strange. 🤔 In short, I recommend this garden view deluxe room when staying in Florence. The price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The location is close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Important attractions are within a short walk. There's a light rail nearby, so you can buy a ticket and ride directly. Cleanliness: Questionable. There was a hair in the sink on the bed in our room. We contacted the front desk twice. Once, they said they would send someone to clean it, and a guy came up and picked it up. The second time, they changed the bedding at my request.

We arrived by train ~ It's a bit inconvenient to walk with luggage. Apart from this, everything else is good ~ The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The room has a small balcony. The breakfast is good. The croissants are delicious. Free ice cream is provided in the lobby. The service attitude is also very good. It is also close to various attractions. It's reassuring to choose Ctrip when traveling abroad. This hotel is only about 800 to 900 meters from the train station, offering a quiet escape from the city. It's within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Duomo di Fiore. There are also many restaurants nearby, and the rooms are clean and spacious compared to other hotels. While the breakfast selections aren't extensive, every one is excellent. Also, please note that hotel reservations in Europe are based on the number of guests staying. Before booking a room, be sure to ask for the maximum number of guests for your room type, including children.
